Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment, and the lease buy-out fee is one and a half times the rent amount. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.

I really like living here at Village Greens. The team that works here are very quick to help. The newer manager Amanda is a very nice lady that helped me get assistance with my rent when I feel down on my luck, they genuinely were nice and understanding and helpful. That meant a lot to me given most landlords just want the money and do not really care, but these people do! They have put in a radical dog park that my pup just loves. For an older place this complex is kept up very nice. It is a good place to live.

Lived at VG for eight very nice years. The staff was responsive and friendly and willing to make upgrades when needed. Nice pool and community garden! The staff has a tough time getting people to NOT smoke in the buildings....that's my only complaint. Aging apartments, but cozy!

If you have a choice and room in your budget, I would highly recommend to NOT live here for the following reasons and opinions. In the almost 2 years we have been living here, it's not a wonder there is such a high turn over rate with residents. The first summer we were here, there was a shooting on the property (this can be verified with Greeley PD) with no action from management to put in any safety measures or to put up cameras despite many residents fleeing for fear of their own safety. There have also been shootings just down the street since. My significant other and I have had our cars vandalized

We just re-signed our lease for another year. The apartments are fairly old so you can hear the people above you fairly easily sometimes. But I haven’t ever had any real problems with neighbors or staff. It’s a little pricey for what you get but a lot of that has to do with supply/demand in this. Overall it’s not a bad place to be. I mean, we did sign another lease.

After living here for a lengthy amount of time. I'm glad to be moving out to say the least. The apartment I've stayed in, appliances are older, the oven is the tiniest I've ever seen. Couldn't even cook thanksgiving turkey in it. We've received countless amount of warnings for noise, threatening eviction, considering everyone in my home is always working, that's ridiculous and made it hard to live comfortably. After confronting the office about it we were told "keep the windows closed" because they "can hear our tv all the way from the office"
