Their Leasing Professional Alex has been so helpful both during the move and whenever I've had questions or maintenance issues. Royal Gardens is a surprisingly affordable gem in the middle of Greeley and the staff will go out of their way for residents.

I have been here almost 2 Months now, and when I moved in and Met the manager Lorrina to sign my lease she was great and very helpful in my move in and I appreciate all the help she did for me. I highly recommend these apartments they are nice clean and very kept up Thank you!

I have been thinking about moving from North Carolina to Colorado for about 2 years now. I have been back and forth about it, but after meeting with Alex and Lorainna I am much more comfortable in my decision to make the move. They were just very knowledgeable about the properties and about the area surrounding so I know what to expect when I make the move. Relocation can be hard. Especially finding somewhere to call home. While searching for apartments in the Colorado area I came across the Royal Garden Apartment complex. I have lived at Royal Gardens for almost 2 years, I love the setting, it is in a residential community, I love the charm of my apartment. The grounds are kept up due to the diligence of the office manager. Because the apartments are a little older, the sound barrier is awesome. I also love the details of the ceiling in the family room, it reminds me of an old southern plantation. I have always received immediate service if I needed it.
