Moved into an apartment that was supposed to b ready to move into. Needed to have A shower replaced that too a week to finish as well as damaged my bathroom wall. The wall had still not been fixed, not have the leaks under my bathroom sink, and kitchen sink. I have issues with the front door that I had to fix myself as well as a damaged bathroom door, and a bedroom door that both doesn't fit and is upside down. I have contacted management numerous times to no avail. There are other complaints I have but this send like a long enough rant

The overall management here is poor the the cost of a tiny one bedroom apartment is stupid. The quality of the apartment falls apart after about six months and maintenance does nothing in a timely manner of fixing the issues. I won't and would not recommend anyone to rent from here and am looking to move myself and not renew my lease with this apartment complex. Due too poor maintance,the rude neighbors,the constant fighting of bugs,and water or some other utility being turned off and on just about every day. Let alone this place is not honest with there renters for they constantly change the rent

Shauna, was extremely nice and helpful. While we didn't talk to Vicky much, she was also very sweet. It was obvious from the tour that they genuinely care about their tenants. We filled out an application immediately after our tour, we really hope to live here and have these wonderful ladies looking over the property!

Great response when I first randomly came across the add for a studio for this company. From the first moment I called Vickie was so helpful. Any issue we've found in the place has been taken care. Yes the neighborhood isn't the greatest area, yet but it's getter there and will only keep getting better.
