Invoices are not paid to agents in a timely manner. Several invoices took 6 months or more to be paid while I was employed there. One invoice in particular was paid after 11 months. I asked repeatedly for past due invoices to be followed up on and ultimately, this is the reason I left after being there for a year. Even when they receive payment it takes months to get your commission. I wont even go into what happened after I left. If you decide to work here do so with caution. If they choose to make things right I'll remove the review.

As someone who helps run a commercial contracting company, I never thought I would actually NEED a property manager in San Antonio, as I'm based here and have my own teams. But honestly the headache of taking care of things myself just ended up being too much so I reached out to these folks. Amazing difference - I now just see money deposited in my bank account each month, and that's it. They handle everything, and I've never had a tenant complaint yet. Super efficient and they even do all my tax paperwork for the property. Great work guys!
