Located in the heart of Providence's downtown district, our former train station-turned-brew pub features classic pub fare, exceptional craft beers from all around New England, as well as our own award-winning beers that are brewed on site. Nestled inside a courtyard that is a popular place to dine in the warmer months, you will feel the pulse of Providence but experience the warmth and charm of a neighborhood establishment.
Our high ceilings, exposed brick and dark wood throughout provide unique character and ambiance. Since 1993, Union Station Brewery has brewed and served its own handcrafted beer alongside classic American tavern fare in the former Union Station train depot. Our brewers keep a small, rotating selection of seasonal and specialty brews on tap, as well as a wide assortment of popular craft beers.

Union Station Brewery is Rhode Island's first brew pub founded nearly 30 years ago. We offer an excellent variety of craft beers from all around New England that we rotate so often we can't post them online, as well as our own award-winning beers that are brewed on site. Most recently, we started canning two of our beers: "Cranston Thug Life (NEIPA) and "The King is Dead" (DIPA).
We're super excited to be pouring at this year's BeervanaFest, Rhode Island's ultimate craft beer festival. Tickets are almost sold out so don't delay! Head Brewer Dave Kenney's latest creation is a called "Westerly Coast IPA" (ABV 7%).
With its brilliant orange color, aromas of grapefruit zest, pine and tropical fruit, and notes of citrus fruit, resinous pine and a caramel malty backbone thanks to judicious additions of British caramel malt, this is our take on a classic west coast IPA.Come on down and our awesome team will pour you a fresh pint!

My daughter and I had lunch there on Sunday. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside. Our server, Emma was so friendly and took great care of us. We ordered the calamari which was superb. My daughter had a Cesar salad with chicken and I had the chicken sandwich. Both meals were delicious! We will definitely go back.

Chef Scott was a gem, to say the least. He genuinely made my family's dining experience one to remember. From his amazing personality, to his generosity, to his hospitality, to his clear passion as a Chef, our experience was indescribable. Chef Scott prepared a steak specially for my Mom that was cooked to perfection. The rest of our party ordered the fish and chips and a chicken sandwich, also delicious. He visited our table multiple times to ensure our dining experience met his very high standards and it was evident that cooking was his passion. To top it off, he prepared this peach dessert for

Cool historical building. Good unique beer and root beer. Food was awesome. The enchiladas are flavorful and captures the authenticity of a Mexican dish served in a Pub. The steak tastes like a burger complimented with savory green beans and fries. The nachos are good too; fresh guacamole, good cheese. People here are great and friendly. Thanks.

Had some great beers. The hibiscus and pilsner were by far my favorites. The double ipa and regular ipas were good too, just not as much my favorites. Did like the off selection of other beers as well. Good variety and friendly staff. Also get the bowl of clam chowder. You can get the cup but you'll want the bigger bowl as the cup just isn't enough of that deliciousness.

I recently visited here for a friend’s birthday dinner. Despite having a large group (14) and adding the last two or three at the last minute, the staff was very accommodating and incredibly nice. They even cut and helped serve a cake which was brought from home.
The service was attentive and friendly, with lots of great advice about the menu and the drinks available. The staff clearly try everything so that they can recommend it, which I believe is essential for a successful restaurant.
I had the fish and chips which was a large serving and very delicious. Though at first I thought the prices

Great place! Wonderful food and interesting plating! Every dish was tasty and generous portions at fair prices. Some really delicious beers - most breweries have one or two good ones. We had the flight tasting and everyone liked them all but the peach flavored beer. Which really would be great in summer. Nice cozy ambiance as well.

The atmosphere was very lively and had a nice buzz to it, but not too much. I visited on a Tuesday night and it was fairly busy for most of the evening.
The beer was very good. A nice selection of styles for all beer drinks. They had five beers on tap while I was there, not sure if that is the norm. It looks like they also have a variety of other alcoholic beverages for those that do not drink beer. The beer menu changes regularly but I have included a picture of the current menu.
The food was very good. I had the buffalo wings and truffle fries. Both were as expected. I do like that the wings
