Francis completed his residential inspections training at ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and is an ASHI Certified Inspector. Prior to home inspections, Francis had over 36 years experience in home maintenance and has had an HVAC Wichita city license for 25 years.

Services
Quality Home Inspections report will review the visible condition of the home's structure, foundation, roof, basement, grading, heating, air-conditioning systems, electrical, plumbing, appliances, attic, visible insulation, ceiling, floors, windows and doors. All reports are computer generated in a standard electronic format and are comprehensive, including photographs.
This agreement is made by and between Quality Home Inspections LLC.,(hereafter called the "Company") and the "Client". The following shall define the conduct and content of the inspection. The Company shall perform a visual inspection of the subject property and provide the Client with a written inspection report identifying the major deficiencies.

Francis was very polite, explained in detail what was found during inspection, and the picture quality was AMAZING!! We did not miss one inch of the home during it, kept in mind we would have kids living in the home, fast turn around time for the reports as well. Not to mention the rate we paid, definitely got more then expected. I will say this is guy is definitely your go to inspector for new or used inspection hands down!!! He even followed up with us to find out how it all went and if we ended up buying the home, A+ customer service
