By far the worst building I’ve ever lived in. The building is gross. The trash area has been aggressively infested with rats since August of 2020 (now Dec). We lost power 70 percent of a 1.5 month period. The building is never maintenance or cleaned, the laundry machines barely even turn on and definitely do not clean my clothes even half clean. We’ve had packages stolen many times because they refuse to get security cameras. Whenever we address them about it we are almost every single time ignored. Don’t ever ever apply to live here.

I wouldn't recommend working with Pacific Crest. As soon as they took over my building it was nearly impossible to reach the landlord. She simply doesn't pick up and her voicemail is full so you can't even leave a message. Email works fine except when there's an emergency or an urgent need. They began doing strange things immediately such as changing the laundry room from a key lock to a pin pad with a code but then didn't give anyone the code to get in. As soon as the COVID eviction moratorium was lifted they doubled the rent. It's legal, but it was quite clear they were just out for profits and

Do not rent with this company, we have been trying to get out of our lease for the last few months and they refuse to respond to any emails. The conditions are terrible, there has been a horrible rat infestation for six months that they refuse to take care of, none of the appliances in the laundry room work and the carpets haven’t been steam cleaned for months. Also, the elevator in our building is years out of Code. Keep in mind we pay 2200 a month and are model tenants.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
The property manager is non-responsive when emailing about the lease. I even tried calling to get ahold of someone, no response. Completely unprofessional. And from what I've seen and heard, this seems to be a common occurrence. The apartments are decent, but not worth the hassle of dealing with property management.

We lived at the Lakeview apartments for 4 years. After we moved out they kept our deposit. One of the itemized charges was for carpet cleaning, except we know for a fact that they tore out the very old carpet that was in the apartment when we moved out, so they did not in fact clean any of the carpets. This was a fraudulent charge and basically theft. We have sent a number of e-mails about this but have been ignored. Cue the generic response from the company with no actual corrective action.

My partner and I have been tenants of Astor Court, managed by Pacific Crest, for 10 years. The apartment building has been noticeably declining since Pacific Crest fired the on-site manager Kent.
Kent did an amazing job of maintaining the building as well as the grounds around the building. He was responsive to all tenants needs and kept the building secure.
Now, with an off-site manager there is frequently trash in the courtyard, lights burnt out and unchanged for months at a time, and now the building has been broken into with significant thefts two times in the span of less than a month.

I've been at Aldercrest for almost two years now and just want to note how my experience has greatly improved recently. We got a new property manager, Courtney, a couple months ago and wow! I have had unresolved complaints in the past, but our new manager is wonderful and taking a very proactive approach to making our building a better space and increasing its value!
I appreciate the new changes, repairs and upgrades being made around the complex, such as finishing up the much needed deck repairs, pressure washing, refreshing the hallways with new carpet and paint, and, of course, the new package

I have lived at The Daniels for almost 2 years now and love it. Love the location and love the upgrade to my unit. We recently got a new property manager a couple months ago and she has been super active in making sure our building is secured and is very responsive. She communicates constantly. Because of the area we live in, we experienced a lot of package/mail theft. Since our new property manager came on board, we have a new mail/package room that is secured, all exit doors are security reinforced, brighter lights as well. Common areas are almost always clean. I love my apartment so much and

I have tried to work with Pacific Crest on the multiple issues since moving in, most recently theft.
I just got off the phone with the “management” who I found out lives in the very same building but cannot be bothered. In the 6 weeks before I moved in management (not using this persons name) was in the unit multiple times, yet when I got there there were things very broken. Said person stated they would let maintenance know right away, didn’t. I had to send another follow up to get that completed.
After issues with packages twice, I contacted the boss of this management. I received a vague
