First Time - More often than not, this type of buyer is overly excited about the upcoming purchase of his first home, causing him to just assume his house is a perfect house because, after all, it's the house of his dreams. It is perfect. in his eyes. However, in our eyes there's wood rot on the back patio, the bathroom door won't latch shut, and the roof leaks straight through to the dining room.

I had a short, but pleasant, experience with this firm. I was in a hurry to get engineering for a compromised beam (that was already sagging) in our rental home that was damaged by the previous tenants. Althea rushed a response from the engineering team as to when they could complete the project for me. When we informed them we were able to find someone who could do the drawings right away Althea was incredibly polite and let me know that "getting me taken care of is the goal". Thank you for your time and efforts.
