At Prineville Athletic Club Inc, you're not just a member; you are part of a community. We believe we achieve our goals when you achieve your goals. We know that joining a gym can be a difficult choice, which is why our staff strives to create an atmosphere that is inviting, friendly, and informative.
Senior Services: We take pride in our P.A.C. Seniors. We are a member of the Silver and Fit, Silver Sneakers, United and Grey & Golden programs enabling Seniors to utilize their insurance program. We have a number of classes, and programs geared for the Mature Adult, including Tai Chi, Yoga, and Senior Fit.

Being able to workout is integral to a healthy life, but there are some places that make this difficult because they have atmospheres that are not conducive to learning and growing. With this in mind, Prineville Athletic Club Inc was created so that all the people of Prineville could find a place to improve themselves.

I'm not a gym goer, typically, but a recent back injury and subsequent surgery, I went about finding a personal trainer to get my whole body stronger with an emphasis on back strength. Sharon has been awesome and I really appreciate her dedication and experience in helping me to become a stronger 50 yr old gal!
