I have been a true believer of the many benefits of strength training since I took a job shortly after college graduation. That job - "15 minutes 2x/week is all you need" convinced me of the merits of strength training, and specifically High Intensity Training (HIT). This experience inspired my career path toward personal training.
At Evolution Fitness, we know you lead a very busy lifestyle that puts a premium on your time. So when it comes to working out at the gym, you want maximum results with minimum time invested. Your time-starved schedule doesn't allow for long hours at the gym. With High Intensity Training (HIT), you don't have to battle that nagging guilt about not making time for the gym.

Nathan is amazing! He was recommended to me by a nutritionist and the experience has been even better than I hoped. It’s incredible what a good workout you can get in in 15 minutes. He’s very encouraging and I have definitely noticed a difference in my strength. Would highly recommend!

If you’re looking for an extremely efficient way to strength train, you should consider giving Evolution Fitness a shot. About 18 months ago I was on the hunt for a gym where I could strength train. I prefer to work out alone, so gyms with group circuits and classes were out. I've been very athletic my entire life. Over the last few years I've realized that my body has been changing and "my program" was no longer creating the results I was desiring. I decided to go on a quest to find a personal trainer that listened to what I wanted, was knowledgeable, that under promised and over delivered, that provided me with information that "made sense" and that didn't over sell him/herself or the program. I love training with Nathan! I was skeptical at first about the concept of ARX - how can a 15 minute work out truly help me grow muscle? But, after researching more and hearing other people's stories, I knew it worked and wanted to try it. I have been training with Nathan for 2 months now, and I can feel changes in my strength. I am able to do 'real' push ups now, and my chaturanga in my yoga practice has vastly improved. I enjoy getting to see Nathan 2x a week and also find this type of workout extremely easy to be consistent with. You certainly have the time to fit this routine into your schedule

This year I have relaunched my endeavor to improve my health and fitness. I found Evolution in a google search for Bend, OR and best fitness gym. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Nathan trains with HIIT, my favorite way to train. I have now been working with Nathan the past few months and I can say that these resistance workouts are like no other and have tripled if not quadrupled my overall strength. I've also noticed an overall improvement in muscle definition as well. I highly recommend training with Nathan! He is so friendly, beyond helpful and motivating in each individual workout.

I highly recommend Evolution Fitness! Nathan, is fantastic to work with, he listens, asks questions, is flexible, informed and motivating. The fact that I can get my workouts done in such a short time, but still see a difference is a game changer for me. I feel better all around and have seen a significant increase in my strength in just a few months. For busy people who still want to get in a great work out that makes a difference I can't recommend Evolution Fitness enough!

I have been working with Nathan at Evolution for just under a year now and it has been amazing! Not only have I lost 20lbs, I've gotten stronger and am able to keep up with my toddler way easier than before. His program fits well into a busy schedule, while still achieving real results. Nathan is so amazing! I had a an ankle injury that had me bed bound for 4 months. He has been working with me and my specific needs and it has been an incredible difference in my recovery. I love how each time I go it is a different work out for my needs. He makes your work out fun, challenging, yet it is done within 20 mins! I have been working out with him for 2 months and I have already seen my body change. It’s incredible! Nathan is such an encouraging coach while your go through the exercises. I have never tried anything like this before. The resistant training wears you down in such a short time. I loved trying to keep up with the graphs from sessions before. This is a great work out that fits nicely into a busy person’s schedule. Nathan is very knowledgeable in training you and great at coaching you to not quit. 😉 Very positive and encouraging!
