Dev WL 1.0 is a 6 week program that is focused on increasing your familiarity with the basic and fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting. Each week you will work on improving in flexibility, speed, footwork, grip and position in weightlifting. This is a great introduction to weightlifting in a smaller much more hands on environment.

The most amazing place! It's not a gym it's a family. It doesn't matter your size or condition, the coaches at triumph invite you in and modify a program for each individual. You don't have to be Embarrassed or afraid everyone there is helpful and encouraging! Every single person can reach success and be confident in the journey!

This is a long overdue review. I spent a few days in Redmond, OR recently on business and a co-worker talked me into joining him for an evening Cross Fit class. I had never participated in anything Cross Fit and only knew the reputation of this aggressive, high-intensity interval training - I reluctantly accepted his offer and met him at Triumph Fitness, unsure of what I had agreed to.
The owner, Joe, introduced himself while his members were warming up and immediately started digging into my fitness experience, my goals, my comfort level with training, and he explained the purpose of Cross Fit
