We moved to Carraway a year ago, and are so happy living in our beautiful apartment in this lovely and welcoming community. The amenities are amazing, from the exceptional pool and well-equipped gym, to the clubhouse lounge, game room, skytop lounge and landscaped walkways. The folks who live here are a nice group — quiet, friendly and respectful. The staff, including Jamie, Nyree, Danielle and Jamar, are terrific and bend over backwards to help in every possible way. Maintenance, headed up by Alan, is prompt and professional. We hear zero noise in our apartment. We love it here!

I absolutely love living at Carraway! Nyree is who helped me from day one. From giving a tour to helping me get settled in and going above and beyond with excellent customer service. She is the BEST! The entire staff has been extraordinary with everything I’ve needed and been more than helpful with any questions I’ve had. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Just moved in to Carraway apartments in Chapel Hill NC and I’ve been much impressed with the support from the community office in the person of our leasing agent, Danielle. She has been superb in helping me through a lot of questions and some concerns, most recently with a very noisy battery outage on the smoke detector for which Danielle had a service person up very quickly. BTW a service technician named Dani ~ also impressing on her own. A pleasant bright young lady who arrived promptly and knows what she’s doing.

I’ve lived here for a little over a year and just renewed my lease. Overall, I have had a mostly positive experience living at Carraway so far. The apartments are nice, the amenities are great, leasing and maintenance staff are professional and nice to interact with, and I have not had any big pest issues. The community is pretty quiet, I’ve had no bad interactions with other residents, and it is very safe. A plus is all the fun events that are frequently hosted!
My biggest complaint is how noise transfers through my unit and the building. I can hear my upstairs neighbor all the time walking

Best place to live in the Chapel Hill area! The amenities are incredible. I love the beer garden, the sauna, and the salt water pool! Additionally, the community is great. They host free events all of the time so you get to socialize with your neighbors as well as participate in great events! Thus far my favorites have been the Bourbon tasting, the beer garden wine tasting, and the taco trucks!

We really liked Carraway Village, the apartments looked beautiful, spacious and airy, but due to school location for my 4 yo we had to chose another solution. Danielle was really professional and gentile, she send me a quote for every apartment that was available for the dates we were interested in, and assisted me with any concerns about the area and even the city! (we come from abroad). The availability and the quick and clear answers to the questions made, give us an idea of how well the complex is managed.
