What do you get with an All Around Home inspection? We didn't give our business that name because we just go out and inspect a property; we do what our name says! We haven't done an inspection unless we've looked all around. We are Professionally Affiliated with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) as well as the Kansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors (KAREI).

Services
All Around Home Inspections not only has a background in inspecting and building service, but also has hands on experience in construction. At All Around Home Inspections, we work for the customer. If you've ever done business with a company or an individual, then you know the importance of not only a good quality service, but also a trusting relationship built on hard work, honesty, knowledge and customer service.
For a whole home inspection the following systems will be examined and discussed: Roof, Attic, Walls, Insulation, Floors, Doors, Windows, Stairs, Fireplace (partial), Foundation, Grading, Exterior, Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Central Air Conditioning. We perform our inspections to the ASHI STANDARDS OF PRACTICE requirements as ASHI is the foremost leader in the home inspector industry.
A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from the roof to the foundation and ALL AROUND. Having a home inspected is like giving it a physical check-up. If problems or symptoms are found, the inspector may recommend further evaluation.
The standard home inspector's report will review the condition of the home's heating system, central air conditioning system (temperature permitting), interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic, and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement, and visible structure.

I really did not know what to expect. The first home I bought, the inspector was not as thorough so I had really low expectations, but you were AMAZING! Travis was great to work with. When he walked through the inspection report, he was very thorough and helped explain the concern areas easily so I could understand the type and level of concern.
All Around Home Inspections participated in a Vendor Day at the Reece & Nichols Overland Park office. All Around Home Inspections was invited to set up a booth at the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR) Halloween Family Festival. All Around Home Inspections was a sponsor for the Keller Williams Heartland Partners in Caring Inspirational Breakfast.

Inspectors are not experts in every area of home maintenance and as such, should only report what they see. Assumptions and opinions with no facts that do nothing but give buyers a negative impression should not be included in the report. The report in question contained many such assumptions, all of which were refuted at buyer’s expense by true experts in each area, i.e., structural, plumbing, electrical. In this case, buyers wasted their money on this inspection and should have hired the experts to begin with.

Travis did a thorough inspection on the house we were to buy. Except that there was snow covering the roof. I understand the safety aspect of not being able to complete the inspection that day. I called to see if he could come back out at a later date and his reply was “that’s too far of a drive.” Seriously? You weren’t worried about the drive to get my 420.00 the first time. I even offered to reimburse him for his trouble. Won’t ever use this guy again. Sorry Travis, customer service goes a long way in my book.

Travis Cantrell is an excellent home inspector. I bought my house in 2013, and all the things he pointed out went wrong or caused us issues. Now I'm a Professional Real Estate Agent and I recommend All Around Home Inspections to all my clients. He has attention to detail and goes over the inspection expectations throughly. In the beginning of every inspection he says "you hired me for my professional opinion, ill point out things that are a big deal to me, maybe not to you, but things that cause concern." He explains why things are incorrect or if something is done exceptionally well. He goes through
