The full inspection report breakdown is very thorough and easy to comprehend. I've went with this crew on multiple homes now and they are by far the most detailed and personally helpful as far as inspections go. Reports are easy to read, provide recommendations, and pictures to show exactly what they're talking about. My Wife and I are buying our first house and our Realtor recommended Metro Property Inspection to do the inspection. Our inspector was out on time and did a very thorough inspection on the house. Very impressed with the quality of the service. Mike is *clearly* very good at his job, and was extremely helpful in answering any questions that I had. More importantly, Mike knows what I didn't know, and spotted things and commented on things that I'd have never thought to ask. Which, of course, is what you expect when you hire the pros! Bottom Line: Great service. I'd definitely work with them again and/or recommend them to anyone looking for an inspection.
