Once maintenance determined the reason for the lack of hot water they replaced the hot water heater in a matter of hours and I now have ample hot water and great heat

Really nice apartments, beautiful grounds and amenities, front desk is pretty responsive to most matters, didn’t earn 5 stars because instead of remodeling the clubhouse I would have liked to see new AC units since many are really old and some landscaping work in the areas that get very flooded

At the beginning when I moved here to the new neighborhood and I wasn’t sure how it was going to work out fir me, but for the first month the more I got to know this neighborhood and I can actually feel more like my actual home and feel at peace and quiet where I can enjoy to do in my home and I don’t know what to say, but I’m very happy that I moved here and especially my dog is very happy here and she is enjoying being here too!

Love our new home at Spring House. The apartment has some nice perks. Fireplace, gas stove. Lovely good sized laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Even room for our mini fridge for beverages!! Love it. Pool, gym,business center, copier, printer. Dog park for small and larger dogs. Lots of open area for walks. It is super!

I had a tour yesterday and am interested in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment when one becomes available in one of the buildings on the 2d floor. It is perfect for our needs! The rental agent was very friendly and professional! Loved the neighborhood and the layout in the apartment!

I love my 1 bedroom, first floor, with gas fireplace. I feel safe and surrounded by nice neighbors. After downsizing from an isolated 2 acres. I love having people around and maintenance's with a phone call.

I have been living at Spring House at Brandywine for 18 years. I love living here. The development is very pretty. Great amenities. The staff at the office are so nice and helpful and the maintenance team are very good and you do not have to wait long at all for anything you need. I highly recommend Spring House at Brandywine.

We moved in recently, i love it. Rooms are spacious, maintenance is responsive and the area is well maintained. Sitting my living with a large sliding glad door and theres a nice porch, two large trees in our space and across from us just more beautiful trees. Kitchen is wonderful to cook in. We can pull out our dining table to sit 9 or 10 people. Glad we moved here!!!
