We lived at Metropolitan West Goshen for 2 years and enjoyed living there. The rent was reasonable and it was located close to the west chester borough but far enough out that there is a large parking lot and it is quiet. Maintenance always responded quickly no matter how small the issue was and Billie was quick to answer any emails we sent her.

I lived in my apartment for almost 5 years. It was the perfect place to get through graduate school and save toward my first home. It was typically very quiet. The complex is close to so many beautiful parks and preserves, which was incredible at the height of the pandemic. It is very close to WC Borough, Philadelphia, KOP, Phoenixville etc. Billie is an excellent apartment manager. She always communicated with any complex changes, and the maintenance staff was always very responsive. The grounds are taken care of frequently, and I found many of my neighbors over the years to be friendly. There

Moving into a new complex I was initiated skeptical as I didn't have the best experience at the prior place. However, due to the wonderful management by Billie Collins and the outstanding maintainence staff, this put me at ease.

The leasing staff here is the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Billie is amazing at her job and works with you to make sure you’re getting the most out of living here. The community is clean and quiet. The people are very nice and always willing to lend a helping hand. I loved my time at Metropolitan West Goshen!

Overall, this was a very nice and convenient place to live. You are a stones throw from West Chester Borough, Exton, and major highways like route 202, 100, and the turnpike. The staff is very friendly and any maintenance issues were immediately taken care of. Billie, the apartment manager is excellent at responding to any issues or concerns. If you are in need of apartment living in the West Chester area, I definitely recommend.

Jenna from the office was so amazing! We were able to easily and quickly schedule a tour of an apartment. She was so helpful and explained the entire process to my boyfriend and I who were first time renting together. Jenna continuously followed up with us and made sure we felt welcome and connected. I simply could not have asked for a better person to help guide us through an apartment hunt!

I’ve lived here for the past 3 years and am truly sad to be leaving! It’s a perfect and quiet location. Very close to the main borough full of outstanding restaurants and shops, minutes away from West Chester University (both Main Campus & the Graduate Center), steps away from the Chester County Hospital, and close to Route 100, 202 and West Chester Pike!
Overall, my experience living here has been wonderful. Billie — the Property Manager and the Maintenance Staff have all been great! They are quick to answer and questions and resolve any issues we had. Super friendly and professional.

When I first moved in it seemed like a great place, the people in the leasing office were very friendly and helpful.
Things went downhill quickly. First they had me put down a deposit with out showing me the lease. The lease was 30+ pages and very heavily one-sided in their favor. It is so specific it even indicates what color curtains you are permitted to have. This should have been my first warning sign, but the unit seemed nice enough so I ignored my instincts and moved forward.
Over the winter, my electric bill was $200+ per month due to their very ineffective/inefficient heating units
