Rose Hill Garden-style Apartments in West Chester, PA was one of the first apartment communities established in 1965, with solid masonry, concrete floors, ceilings, and beautiful brick exterior. Ten years later, the community was completed with 68 more apartments and a convenience center. The convenience center includes Sabatino's Pizzeria Grill and Restaurant, Salon West Endz, and Local Color Tattoos.
Discover comfortable apartment living at Rose Hill A-J, Rose Hill L-P, and Rose Hill Condo Estates. Our one, two, and three bedroom floor plans are spacious and affordable. Application fee: (non-refundable) $40 per person and must have copies of your last two (2) pay stubs with photo ID. Please check with your leasing agent regarding income requirements if you are unsure.

I'm in complete agreement with my brother who posted recently....we shared 2 different apartments during our 10+ years here...wonderful staff, good neighbors and amazing owners who took the time to listen and address any questions or issues we had.The Zarelli family always went the extra mile and made our apts feel like home! I still have a lot of fond memories and great friends I met during our stay......great place to live!!

I wish there was 0 stars for this. My girlfriends mother lived in this complex for 2 years. She kept the place SPOTLESS. They have her every reason in the book to not give her deposit back. I don’t care how cheap these apartments are I PROMISE you it’s not worth dealing with the awful people there. They are rude. I heard a conversation she had on the phone with one of them and couldn’t believe how they were talking to her. Do NOT recommend

I’m not one to write reviews, but I couldn’t understand how this complex has business. I had interest in renting here so I called about a month ago. I am not sure of the lady’s name but she was incredibly rude. I don’t care how bad of the day you are having .. you should always take the time to answer a customers question. Without even doing business with them, that one phone call was enough for me!

Rose Hill Apartments and Rose Hill Condos are the best places that I have ever lived! The owners and their staff could not be friendlier nor more accommodating! I have always felt very welcome and so appreciate all of their attention to detail and attentiveness to any and all issues! Thank you for making me feel welcome, like a little family!🙂

While living here......I had the best experience with the Office Staff, and Maintenance Department (always there at the drop of a hat!!! The "BEST" !!
My apartment was very spacious and beautifully renovated!
It is quiet , well lit and when it snowed :( it was taken care of before
you wake up!

I've been living in Rose Hill Apts for about 7 years. I love the apt. I have 3 sides of the apt that have windows. It lets so much light in.. I have had nothing to complain about. The owners are so delightful and helpful. They really care about the welfare of their tenants. When you need something done in your apt the maintenance team comes out immediately. Never had a problem. It's a great complex to live in. I can't say enough good things. If you need a place to live, you should definitely check these apartments out.
