Elizabeth, as I stated in a previous review, is amazing. I was not in the state when I inquired about the apartment and Elizabeth went out of her way and set up a zoom session. I was able to see the apartment this way. I was very happy and signed a lease within a couple of days. Elizabeth went above and beyond and for that I’m thankful. I have to update my review to say that Fatimata has been amazing to deal with. My questions are answered immediately. I’m always greeted with a welcoming smile and engaging conversation. The team, here, is great. Thank you.

The monthly utility bills are outrageous, easily $180/mo for "shared" water and sewer on top of your rent. They never once showed a meter reading.
On top of that the air-conditioners are extremely inefficient. Our electric bill was an additional $200 per month and our apartment never got below 74° on hot days.
Despite all this, the maintenance was extremely responsive, they were truly the only good thing about this apartment.

Jefferson at Westtown has been an incredible experience, their Maintenance and Management are great. Their facilities are nice, they have a beautiful pool as well which is always clean with green areas. In addition, this is well located having grocery stores like Giant, Amish Market, Costco, etc. Restaurants, you have all here. I recommend it, you'll love it.

We have lived at Jefferson at Westtown twice in the last ten years. Both experiences have been very positive. The apartments are well maintained, roomy and comfortable. The setting is very nice, lots of trees, very private. We were here in winter so we did not get to use the pool & BBQ grills this time. Management is highly responsive and maintenance response time for a couple of minor requests was excellent.

Caution . . .
Elizabeth (manager) falsely represented the cost and condition of the apartment. During the walk through it was discovered that the up charge for NEWLY installed hardwood floors (old with damage) was inaccurate as well as the new carpets (never installed - old and damaged). The apartment was in shambles leaving me officially displaced and movers arriving at my residence in two days. Further, repeated attempts to contact her went unanswered.
The apartment was not as agreed and she quickly offered a refund of my deposit stating she could rent the unit for much more. It took multiple

Moving to the Jefferson at Westtown was absolutely one of the best decisions I could have ever made. The neighborhood is utterly captivating and I must say that Kristian played a major role in why I made my decision. Alongside the other staff, she made me feel welcomed, did her absolute best to accommodate me in every way possible, and made my experience better than any other. The apartments here are completely breathtaking. From the appliances, hardwood floors, and spacious bedrooms, the Jefferson at Westtown has proven that even the smallest details mattered when it came to creating your home
