After receiving a world-class education at the Toni + Guy Academy, I found a home at Ramon Bacaui Salon in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, mentoring under international master stylist Ramon Bacaui. After years of building a reputation as a go-to stylist in Scottsdale, I decided to put my success into creating my own brand, Liquid Scissors.
Paul's passion for what he does and meticulous attention to detail translates into every hair cut and style he gives. Before coming to Liquid Scissors, I would get my hair cut at any barber close to me. But Paul is amazing! I have thinner hair, and he does such a great job that I can’t go anywhere else anymore, he’s the best! He’s extremely friendly too, listens to exactly what I want, and can’t recommend him enough.

Spent 4 years of bad haircuts trying to find someone good. I would do it all over again to find Paul, as he exceeded my high expectations! Nothing is worse than getting a haircut that's good one time and bad the next, but luckily you don't ever have to worry about that with him. Not only does he take his time to cut your hair for the exact style you want, but he consistently gives a good cut every time. If you're looking for someone you can rely on and really cares about giving a great haircut personalized to you every time, make an appointment with Paul!

Truly one of the best haircuts you’ve ever had!” That’s what I’ve heard consistently since having my hair cut by Paul, and I can’t thank him enough for it! A consummate professional, Paul caters to you the moment you enter his studio and it’s a wonderful space to relax and unwind while Paul expertly cuts and styles. The privacy is especially welcome, as most salons offer a more “communal” experience which leaves much to be desired. In addition to the all of this, Paul also carries a great line of products to style said hair once home, this convenience is unbeatable. Thanks again

I've been going to Paul for over 5 years now. When I found him, I had been looking all over for someone to cut and style my hair and each previous place left me disappointed. Different salons, different barbershops, and the cheap-o SportsClips/GreatClips/SuperCuts - they were all the same even if I paid more. After my first appointment with Paul, I knew I had found my guy. Not only does he know what he's doing, he's easy to talk to and an hour will fly by. I consider him a friend and look forward to many more years of friendship and being a loyal client.

Paul has been my hair dresser ever since I moved to Scottsdale. He does a fantastic job on my hair cut and color and works to help me attain the type of look that I want and it always looks fabulous. When I first moved to AZ I was completely stressed out that I was not going to find anyone to do my hair and then I found Paul! Paul is efficient, fast and flat out amazing! He puts my extensions in faster and better than anyone I have ever gone to before! He is also a fabulous colorist! A process that I usually don't look forward to but I love going to Paul to get my hair done! He's talented and a blast to be around!

I've been going to Paul for over 2 years now. He always takes the time to listen to what I'm wanting, and I always love the way my hair looks when done! He's taken me from dark brown to blond and back again, and from long to short. I always get compliments on my hair. You should definitely give him a call.
