I visited BBV salon for the first time and I was completely impressed. I have been going to hair salons for over 20 years and have never received this level of service and care. Upon entering I was offered a beverage and provided with a tour of the salon. I received constant attention and care throughout the appointment. I was going back from my natural grey to highlights and color. Veronica did an absolutely perfect job on my hair. Exactly the color I was looking for and even styled my hair the way I wanted it. I recently had a partial highlight done by Veronica and it was my first visit. The salon was beautiful and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and Veronica was lovely. She was very attentive to small details and took the time to ensure a pleasant experience every step of the way.

First time I have been to a salon that appreciates their clients and gives excellent customer service especially with Covid. Highly recommend Jenn Lee for the great color boost she gave to my natural hair color!! The entire experience from making the appointment on the phone, to check in, the service and check out was an absolutely a perfect experience! I finally found a great place for pampering myself! When I walked it, very nice atmosphere. Claire was very attentive and checked me in as soon as I walked through the door. My hairstylist Jenny did an awesome job on my hair. Looked like a totally different person (in a good way). I had the pleasure of meeting Veronica and she was super nice. This will be the place where I get my haircuts. And everyone should come here! Veronica and her team rock! Atmosphere and service at the salon is very welcoming and delightful. Staff is kind and willing to help. I had the pleasure of being taken great care of by Jenny. She was honest about her recommendations for styling, coloring and cutting my hair. I sure would not be looking as pretty as I do now without Jenny's good work. I was referred to BBV to see Emily for balayage and I have never been happier with my experience at the salon as well as my hair! I am very picky going to a new stylist and salon because you never know what to expect but I am very impressed with my experience at BBV. Emily is so sweet and she did an amazing job on my hair and keeping me comfortable… through the 3 hour process. It was all worth it! Veronica is very nice as well she came by and gave me compliments on my hair. The salon is also beautiful, very clean and everyone is very nice. They offer drinks and snacks which is always a nice

I went to BBV for my wedding hair and makeup, with my 3 bridesmaids, mom, mother-in-law, sister and niece! When we arrived, they had complimentary coffee, mimosas and snacks laid out which was so appreciated as we were there bright and early!! There were plenty of stylists to get started on most of my crew right away. The stylists ran by me the hair and makeup looks for everyone before finishing them up (which were all gorgeous, and I didn't really have any specific looks in mind anyway). I can't even put into words how happy I am. I have been going to the same stylist for about seven years, and after this last couple months it's apparent to me we didn't have the same vision for my hair. I have extremely curly yet fine hair that gets greasy easily. I prefer to wear it straight and was doing a lot of heat damage so I tried to get a Brazilian blowout with my old stylist. It didn't work, and I was told that it was because my hair was so curly. Decided to come here for my next blowout through a recommendation via friend, and can I just say how shocked and amazed

Betsy is simply amazing. I have been going to Betsy for over five years and I trust her completely, I don't even have to tell her what I want done anymore, she just knows what will look best. I've been coming to Kandi at Beauty by Veronica for over ten years and couldn't ask for a better stylist and salon! I get asked all the time by friends and strangers were I get my hair done and have been able to bring several clients into the salon. Veronica is my stylist and she is the best stylist I have ever had. My hair were dry and curly. I got a hair cut and color. I love it. It is so easy for me now to style my hair. Veronica for sure knows curly hair. She is wonderful person and makes you feel very welcome. This place feels very relaxing. All the staff is very nice and they help each other. I just went here today. The salon is intimate, not like one of huge places that doesn't know your name or who you are. I've been going to Mauricio for over a decade and he is the best! A few times I have gotten my hair cut from other places and I go right back to him! He is not a stylist - he's an artist! My mom and sister-in-law even go to him, you should too!
