Hired them to do a wind mitigation of my house
Gary the inspection Fail my garage door for no reason whatsoever because I had supports put in when the spring broke and he doesn't know what he's talking about he's an old man or 73 years old And he should be retired because he don't know what he's doing he must have dementia

I do NOT recommend this company for home inspection. They passed my house saying everything was fine and the roof had a few more years left. 5 days after I move in the roof started leaking (and it wasn't even hurricane season, it was leaking during a light rain). I also found out our electric was not to code. And we only had 1 grounding wire for our entire house. They did not care about me or my house only about passing my house and getting paid their money!

The worst inspector ever. Not only rude but incompetent. He completely left the house a mess. Home Inspectors have a code of ethics or standards and practices he obviously didn't show up for class that day. There were stickers left all over the house,he didn't know building codes and spent to much time on things that were cosmetic and not enough time on things that were needed to know worked. He made suggestions that were so wrong my realtor and I had to pay other qualified people to verify. I can't say one good thing about this inspector. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They provide excellent customer service and are extremely detail oriented in their inspection report. Vicky, in the office is responsive and found a way to squeeze is in, with less than 24 hour notice. Even though we are buying a new home, Ryan found enough issues to generate his 188 detailed report with clear color pictures showing each and every issue. This report is also helping our builder address these issues, faster, so we can get to our closiing and move in. Our builder was picky and would not let a company on the property, unless they had 1 million dollars worth of property insurance

Scheduled a home inspection for a Saturday morning- yes! They come out on weekends, which was great for us since we could not do it during the week because of work. Ryan was our inspector, and he arrived early and got straight to work with the outside of the house.
Ryan did a very thorough job and we are very pleased with his services. He was pleasant the whole time and explained everything that he found at the end of the inspection as well as answered any questions we had. The turnaround for us receiving the full report back was awesome too! Very quick! Highly recommend Pinnacle for all home
