Inspected a recent house purchased, said the roof had a remaining life of 4-5 years “with careful maintenance”. Weeks later there are multiple roof leaks. We’ll see what else falls through the cracks even though BBC passed it through inspection. Reported to Better Business Bureau and BBC says they fulfilled their contract. Maybe they did, but it’s up to you if this lives up to a consumer standard of where you would want to hire this company to thoroughly inspect your house to live in for years to come. I sure wouldn’t recommend them.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Steve at BBC. Steve provided a thorough and complete inspection of a home in Largo, FL. As first-time home buyers, we were very nervous and full of questions and concerns.
