We just finished attaching our hurricane shutters to our house and much to our surprise these are large missle impact resistant shutters. When my wife and I asked Mr Garey to reinspect our new home's shutters for impact ratings, he was adamant that the shutters were not impact resistant and would not offer any protection in a storm. This information was submitted to our insurance company and our premium was based on this misinformation.
