We are proud to announce our 2nd seminar, A Veterinarians Guide to Pet Care Facilities. Dr. Amy Leach will be speaking on what to look for in a pet care facility, and reviewing data about what consumers look for in a pet care facility. WNY offers a number of great options for pet owners and their pets, be sure to find the one that is right for you!
When making appointments please let us know if you have a preference to which doctor you would like to see, otherwise you will be scheduled according to your availability and that of the doctors on staff. Our busiest times (later afternoons and Saturdays) are in high demand. If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please call us to cancel or reschedule as soon as possible so we can open up the time slot to someone else.
Dr. Hansen is a native of Nebraska and has been in the veterinary field for over 30 years. He began his career in 1978 after earning an associates degree from the University of Nebraska School of Technical Agriculture, and working as a veterinary technician in Nebraska. Dr. Hansen went on to earn his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987.
A Western New York native, Heather is a 1992 graduate of Medaille College, and has worked as a Veterinary Technician in some of WNY's larger practices. At Town and Country, Heather is able to utilize her skills in behavior, breeding, and OSHA compliance. Since childhood, Heather has been involved in showing and breeding AKC show dogs, with a special interest in Bull Terriers.

My wife and I took our dog to town and country after everyone else turned us away because our dog was and is noncompliant she will not allow you to.put a muzzle on her trust me they tried to no avail. When the medicine took effect she fell down to the ground so they came outside and administered to her after I put the kitchen around her head they put a towel around her around her head we took it to the ground and they took care of her outside you talking about someone so professional I really appreciate the job that they did ladies lunch is on me I will be coming by soon

The staff at Town & Country were able to remove all but four of my nine year old cat’s teeth—WNY has very few clinics with qualified veterinarians—but there were several complications, including a persistent infection that she has been on medication for for over more than six months now.
I was disappointed that when I originally called to let them know I thought something was wrong after surgery, they blew me off, telling me it was nothing.
I should have pressed the matter, but believed they knew what they were talking about.
I’m giving them four stars because my little tuxedo cat looks
