As a teenager growing up in India, I was introduced to yoga by my mom who has been practicing yoga for more than 23 years. She has always inspired me to acquire a deeper knowledge of philosophy and to improve my practice of yoga. Spreading the knowledge of yoga is more relevant today than ever before.
