Very nice apartment complex very well maintained very well equipped with amenities pools hot tubs all the fun stuff and it's clean I mean clean their pool was gorgeous they have nice views great balconies they are very on top of things when it comes to your animals but they are still pet friendly without being overbearing definitely a place to check out and go be able to rent they have spacious floor plan go check them out

My maintenance team at Florentine villas are phenomenal ! My hot water and heater went out and they were so quick to come and get the job done. Every time I’ve placed a work order they have come within 3-4 hours their on top of it. They are so nice to me and my family and are always busy keeping the complex sharp and tending to everyone’s needs. We also have had great experiences with Alex and Jessica in the office they always remember us and are always on top of everything !

One of the nicest and most well-maintained properties we've stayed at. The location is nice and central to a lot of businesses. The apartments themselves are very spacious, especially in the living room which is nice. Everywhere else we have lived the living rooms felt like a box, but not here! Hoping to stay until we are able to get a house (which may be a few years)!
