Apartment was large, full or light, beautiful and in an excellent location. Maintenence responds quickly and professionally. Unfortunately our apartment seemed to have been sabotaged before the last people moved out. We found alot of strange things like plastic placed on the fireplace under the screen where no one would see it, pennies shoved under the agitator in dishwasher and other drains etc. The worst of the sabotage was the dishwasher seemed to have something gross poured into the rinse aide compartment. It smelled and oozed green gunk now and then and typically made our dishes stink

Love living here. Very friendly staff, maintenance always shows up promptly, it's quiet, I'd definitely recommend San Moritz. The only suggestions that I'd make are that the landscaping could definitely use some sprucing up, and the breezeways ate in need of the cobwebs being blown clear. Otherwise, great facility.

Living at San Moritz is a dream. The manager, Emory, is so charming and understanding. Mike, the Maintenance Supervisor, keeps everything running perfectly so the grounds and community always look flawless. I have been living at San Moritz for three years come November, and I have no plans of leaving any time soon! Thank you all for everything!

Compared to what my family had lived in before, this place has adequate space for a 2 bed 2 bath. Also being able to choose, month by month, if we want to keep covered parking, garage, or neither when available.
Payment set up in the portal was tricky. After it was completed in registering, payments are easy.
Staff is pleasant in welcoming and maintenance is on their game when a problem is addressed.
Parking is not convenient in front of our apartment though. It is day to day whether we're in front of the office or not.
Couldn't ask for better in a temporary place. Just hope for better parking
