I lived here for a year and would have stayed if I didn’t move out of state. The apartments and the community are great however I’m giving them 1 star because of my experience with the leasing agents moving out. Dave, and Michaela would always treat me as second class when I walked in the office. Before my move out I requested to be moved out on the 9th and they agreed. I get my move out statement and it’s still the 8th I contacted Dave and we agreed for the 9th. On the 8th I get a call at 10:30am telling me I should have been out by 10, I decided I didn’t want to deal with it anymore and

This was the 2nd time Andy has come to my unit C-308. He came to check on my hot water, or lack there of. He was quick, attentive, professional and courteous. In addition to that, he is knowledgeable about what he is doing and explained it to me as he was working. Making me feel confident in his abilities as well.

My sister and I have been living here for a year and just recently renewed our lease. We enjoy living here and like what they offer. Maintenance is always quick on the site if there are any problems and management has always been easy to contact and have been friendly, especially Cassandra. The pool and gym are always kept clean which is always plus! The only reason i gave 4/5 stars is due to how expensive the rent can be. You are paying for some great features, but it can be a wee bit ridiculous sometimes. Overall, I still love living here.

Management is rude and totally uncooperative. We are paying $80 per month for a poor internet connection.
While moving in, Cassandra committed to allow lease transfer for our apartment but now when we actually needed it, they totally denied it.
I moved here last May, but the gym and pool is closed since then due to pandemic while public gyms are open. But we are still paying for these amenities.
You pay for carports and still your car isn't safe here. On top of it, sprinklers are so poorly placed that my car got thick water spots everywhere when I was out of town. I paid $200 bucks to get it

The location of this apartment complex is great and management and maintenance has been good to deal with. The biggest issue living here is noise. Not just the noisy neighbors above us but living in such close proximity to the train tracks. The night trains are so loud they wake us from our sleep. Plus the construction that's been going on across the river (on new apartments and South Valley Water) starts early, around 5:30 - 6:00 a.m. and doesn't end for about 12 hours. That's been going on for over a year and contributes to noise pollution as well. Because of these things I would caution people

Overall, the Lofts is a good community and location. Maintenance staff is probably the best I’ve ever dealt with Compared to anywhere I’ve lived before.
Internet problems are consistent and interfere daily if you work from home. Being that it’s mandatory that I pay $90 a month for Internet as part of my agreement, I would have hoped I’d have better Internet service, faster, and with fewer outages.
Issue with flooring “buckling” and i was promised new floors over a year ago but still have not received. Management has been aware of this for over a year and still never resolved.

Left the place immaculate on move out with only one nail hole to touch up. The two guys doing the walk through said it was one of the cleanest they've seen and yet we just got a $150 bill for carpet repairs and $25 for paint touch ups????
The location is great but you'll be dealing with a very shady management company I half expected this as we've had issues throughout the lease, not just during our move out.
On several occasions we found extra charges in the monthly rent which they couldn't explain and had to credit us when we questioned it. If you move here watch your bills careful and expect
