The guys were professional the whole time they were in the apartment. They worked quickly and kept things cleaned up while they worked.
They only addressed part of the issues they came over to fix. I was told on that day that they would need to return with some parts and it's been 4 days now since then and I have not heard anything about when theyll be back.

Lived here almost a year and a half; it's fine. Not horrible, not amazing.
They recently painted the buildings which from afar looks great -- though the old peeling paint wasn't really scraped off prior to the new coat, so we'll see how long the upgrade lasts. My bedroom window (3rd floor) had paint sprayed all across it that never got scraped off, and a portion of the railing on our balcony railing didn't get repainted --all of which I reported to the office three times before the painting crew completed the whole complex's project (the first report was via email, then I spoke with Chelsea the

It is hard to believe that it has been 6 months already. The attentiveness and friendliness that was shown when I first moved in was not just an act. The staff here genuinely value the tenants and it shows. It is obvious, as I read through the various reviews, that there were past issues with the management and that changes have been made. As for my experiences with Remington, I could not be happier.

I have only been here a couple of months but feel as if I am home. Ella was fantastic getting me moved in and the attentiveness of the staff is not just for show. I love the comments that I get from visitors as well as having pride in where I live. It is obvious that this is a community of families but, this has been a very quiet place to be. So far, the only complaint that I have is that the initial lease is too short; however, this also means that if this is not the place for you, you are not stuck here for years. Fortunately for me, I'm going to stick around.
