A review far overdue, this was back in 2014, I had a 10 month lease- and got out as soon as I could.
Overpriced and undersized. I got bedbugs from my neighbors while living there, neighbors would blast music so loud it would shake our walls and management did nothing, and if I didn't keep my door locked, strangers would just walk right in.
Scary experience, annoying experience, terrible experience.

Way too expensive. You end up paying close to $1200 for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom after all the extra fees and utilities. Rent alone was $960 but there are a lot of things you end up paying extra for. Maybe I'm cheap but there is way nicer housing down the road in Sandy. I'm paying almost the same price but for a 2 bed 2 bath now in a way nicer community. If you own a dog and pick up after it they will still randomly charge you for not picking up even if you do. Cleaning lady is mean don't try and talk to her even to ask her to unlock a bathroom marked for cleaning that she wasn't cleaning. She threatened

I will be honest and say that at first glance, I wasn’t sure if there would be a lot of crime or I wouldn’t feel comfortable in the area, I found that it couldn’t be further from the truth. I always felt extremely safe and once you come in, within the apartment buildings, are huge grass fields and trees, a great dog park and amenities. This is a great place for pets I met a lot of great people just being outside with my dog and management keeps everything very maintained. The neighbors were great and diverse. I would highly recommend living here, I didn’t have any issues whatsoever!

The apartment was definitely not cleaned or painted when I moved in. I had to clean all the drawers and cupboards and bathroom before I could move things in. I accepted this as part of the cheap move in but I was charged $130 for painting and cleaning upon moving out. I would have no complaint with this if it was actually occurring. The building I was in was also quite mice infested, you could hear them in the walls at night. I caught several in traps and found one living in the stove when I went back to clean after leaving it empty for a week. Insist they make things right for you while you live

Loved my apartment here. The staff were helpful and the grounds were really nicely kept. I rented on the top floor and didn't seem to have any issues with temperature control. I had good neighbors (quiet, respectful, etc). The unit was remodeled and was well priced. I looked at quite a few prior to finding this one.

This place is a HUGE ripoff. Unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars in electricity a month during the summer don't plan on running your air conditioning. Not to mention how much they charge for tiny outdated apartments.
There is absolutely no insulation. A fact that someone from maintenance confirmed. I kept my A/C at about 78° and my bill averaged about $250.00. All the while I was still sweltering. People smoke right outside the building so during the couple of months that you're able to not run heat or A/C you're subjected to cigarette smoke wafting into your apartment

We have been here nearly a year and have decided to stay! The complex is older, but very well maintained. The grounds are very pretty thanks to the wonderful maintenance team. Office staff is so nice to work with! Very friendly, helpful and responsive!! We are partial to Scott since we have dealt with him the most! Only complaint is that some tenants just don't spend the time to clean up after their dogs. Looking forward to the next year!!

Lived here for 3 years while in school and I LOVED it. Great front office staff, great facility staff, fair price and no complaints. Community is well maintained and my apartment was clean and checked yearly. It is definitely not a luxury apartment and has some creaks, but it was perfect for the price and a wonderful secluded retreat space I wanted after a long day at school. Move out was a breeze and they didn't over charge me in move out costs. I would highly recommend this apartment to low maintenance and relaxed people who don't want to be bothered to much.

The management and maintenance at Wasatch club are superb. Management is very polite and helpful and maintenance addresses issues quickly. The complex is pretty old but it is well maintained. It's located in Midvale which isn't the best area but it's not bad all things considered. The rent is very reasonable given the current market. Definitely consider this place if you're looking for an apartment in the area.
