We stayed here in November 2021 as part of our honeymoon. We opted to stay at another NYC hotel for our actual wedding night, but then transferred to the Bryant Park Hotel for the remainder of our stay (5 nights total). The location is nice and the view we had of Bryant Park was excellent, but beyond that, there was nothing special about this place that would make me come back again...especially considering the price.
Over the five nights we stayed, we had two interactions with staff, neither of which went well. After first checking in and getting into our room, we called the front desk for some

I love this place. It’s an iconic hotel that still has that classic “old New York” feel to it, but is still updated enough to be comfortable. The staff can be a little unresponsive at times, and things like getting towels can take longer than necessary, but they are very polite.

Reviews are ZERO REPRESENTATION for service. Booked my 25th anniversary weekend Bryant Park Hotel. $1,000 for 2 nights…WhaT an abysmal failure on my part. Rooms are fine…booked a jr. king suite, which was OK. Big for NYC standards, but SUPER BARE BONES. Think large dorm room with ZERO AMBIANCE. there’s not a single picture or anything on any wall on this 420sq ft. room. Literally nothing. The complimentary bar in the room is half filled and freaking DIRTY…there is hair in the refrigerator. Nice touch.
Best part- both nights we stayed, we were unable to get a drink at the highly rated on

Wow, we were beyond impressed with our stay. I booked a junior suite for my husband and I for our anniversary. When we checked in they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a huge suite with a balcony that overlooked Bryant park. They also gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate. The entire checkin process was quick and easy and the entire staff was so nice the entire trip. It is the perfect location, walking distance to almost everything we went to see during Christmas time. Also Koi was our favorite restaurant we went to! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, we will definitely be back!

I do not write many reviews, however I wanted to recognize the staff for the amazing service we received while we were at the hotel. Anything we asked for was done promptly. Scott In particular was great ! The room we stayed in was fantastic! It was clean and the showers were great ! This is a fantastic location across the street from Bryant Park , and walking distance to Times Square, Broadway , Rockefeller Center , shopping on 5th Ave, Macys etc! I will stay here again the next time I am in NYC!

We had a great experience here and if I came back to this area of the city, I'd definitely stay here again. The rooms are reasonably priced considering the proximity to Times Square, and were quiet and clean!

Let me start this out by saying that I love this hotel. I love the location, but more importantly, I love the rooms, which are very comfortable and minimalistic but contain everything one might need and want. And I would stay there again, when the opportunity arises.

I've stayed at the hotel twice. The first time was Christmas 2019. We were right across from Bryant Street Park with the ice skating rink and all the vendors. It was magical. This last time, we stayed in mid-October and I have to say it was a nightmare. Please let me explain.

We checked in on a Saturday evening and while we

I loved the luxurious look & feel of this hotel. I did not particularly care for the red interior. They had NY fashion week running on a TV off the elevator. The minimalist look of the rooms was great but the vinyal pillows just got in the way. You absolutely must take a bath if your room has a tub. I highly recommend the Cellar bar downstairs although we did not get the chance to try Koi. Very accommodating hotel.

Wonderful! The view of the park was amazing from the huge windows that filled the room with light. Clean, comfortable, contemporary room. The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful! Scott in particular was quite helpful. Loved staying here and will most certainly return next time I'm in NY

We've done two single-night stays here, and even though there are 100000 hotels in the city, we plan to continue staying here because we just love it.

Aside from the obvious of being right next to Bryant Park, the hotel is in the heart of Midtown with an easy walk to/from Penn Station, Grand Central, Times Square, and every subway line in the city. It's easy to get here and go out to do touristy things or explore neighborhoods without needing a cab.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Check in/out process is super smooth, and we got an upgraded room both times we booked, which

Room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and the view of the park was wonderful.
Would've given 5 stars, but management is not great. My husband spoke with Brian who promised him he would have a bottle of wine and a cake in the room when we arrived because it was my 60th birthday. Brian said he would make it nice, well not only did Brian not have the wine nor cake in the room when we arrived, but my husband had to remind him when we were going out and Brian said he would take care of it. When we got back, still nothing. My husband went to the front desk and we finally got half a bottle of wine,

Great staff & a terrific location if your business/pleasure requires a midtown location. The rooms are lovely ( at least mine was flooded with daylight 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼) and all in all, the facility is exceptionally staffed. All that is more important than ever during the Covid era. Check in -- you won't regret it .

The ONLY reason I stay here vs the other more upscale hotels in this are is because of the corner rooms that end in 08 (708, 808, etc.) for the great views of Bryant Park, the large bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a large bath tub and the larger room size at 355sf vs 301sf. I've stayed here about a dozen times over the last 3 years pre-COVID. This is my first trip post COVID and I paid for this higher cost room that is labeled as "Deluxe Room, 1 Queen Bed, Park View" on Hotels.com as I've always done. I also notated in the reservations that the room I'm booking

Stayed here this past Sunday into Monday for Valentines Day.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely guy at the front reception desk. He checked us in and the process was smooth. Keep in mind they hold the room charge plus a $200 security deposit (I did not realize upon booking).

We stayed on the 19th floor in the Junior Suite which was amazing! The bathroom was spacious with a walk in shower and a large deep soak tub!

The room was upgraded from a single bed but the bigger suite had two beds, which was okay!

The room included two beds, a large bathroom, a large flat screen which could

Exceptional hotel with an amazing location right across from Bryant Park. Great customer service from Danny at Check in and Scott at checkout. Large rooms, mine had a nice view, and a large tub! Slippers, robes and extra blanket provided.
Clean, quite rooms!!! Quite rooms, not like many other NYC hotels with loud rooms next door or shared walls
Love this place, will certainly be back.

We stayed at The Bryan Park hotel this past weekend (November 14th-15th). My only issue is that we were only able to stay for one night. This place is absolutely fantastic! It was our second time staying there and I have to say that this is my favorite place to stay when we go to New York. Upon our arrival, we were informed that they had been able to upgrade our suite. The suite we were given was larger than some apartments I've seen in Manhattan. It was beautifully appointed, and had a spectacular view of Bryant Park. The staff at the hotel is second to none, and could not have been nicer

Owned by Bryant Adams, who purchased it in the Summer of 1969 from the Five-And-Dime Corporation, this is the prettiest Canadian-owned hotel in all of New York, undeniably.

It's definitely one of the most beautiful hotels in New York City and it has an old and very strange colour, which reminds me of Pittsburgh.

New York City is full of these old, grand hotels, and some of them are nothing short of spectacular, but this one is something particularly special. The colour scheme is one of the most striking and timeless I've ever seen.

I ended up here impromptu after being sidetracked by the summer 2018 John Wick 3 movie shooting at the NYC Library. I checked in around midnight and had a lovely, peaceful and restful stay. It's in a great location directly on Bryant Park and is well appointed. The immediate block has all you need in dining and food choices too. I will most definitely add the Bryant Park Hotel to my NYC hotel repertoire though staying downtown is usually my preferred location.

Great hotel, great location! Arrived early, yet the hotel was able to accommodate me right away. Miguel at the front desk was very professional and helpful.

Rooms are very comfortable and clean. I like the design. Modern/sparse/clean look but well done. Great bathroom and the shower was amazing.

Went down stairs to Celon bar and lounge for drinks after talking to Dennis at the front desk and was not disappointed. Great ambiance and drinks. Will definitely be back.

Having stayed in my share of NYC hotels there are a number of very good reasons why I can recommend a stay here with 5 stars.

My only question then is, did the people running things here actually spend a few nights in the rooms? Because that's the only way some issues are corrected.

A list of miracles most hotels in the city don't achieve in this price range:

- doors to bathroom and shower don't squeak every time they're moved
- you can't hear the toilets flush next door nor the "extra curricular" activities
- the faucets don't drip, the showers don&apos

I love love love the location of this hotel. It is near everything. It was so modern and beautiful. The decor was so top notch. Went to the lounge downstairs with my friends and it was so nice. Any place that has throw pillows on seats is my type of place. It was a great chill place to catch up with old friends and grab a nice drink. Absolutely fantastic! Bryant Park Hotel offers a modern, classy, fully equipped room for all your hotel needs. The rooms are immaculately clean, beautiful and spacious. Fantastic heat and comfort throughout. The bathroom was big and offered lots of counter space.

I loved the light fixtures. They were modern and unique. The TV was also wonderful because you can cast/stream Netflix right from your phone and watch anything you desire. The hotel is of course conveniently located right near Bryant Park and within walking distance to great restaurants and stores.

The staff here was amazing as well

I loved staying here-

Location-...the oasis of Bryant Park across the street which is one of my favorite places, plus it is a short walk to Times Square (which I did not visit on this trip), and close to the Avenue of the Americas...where there is amazing public art, Rockefeller Center and the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) as well as many restaurants, food and smoothie carts, grocery stories....etc.

Inside the Hotel-the Hotel itself is modern, professional staff, high security and offers 24 hour in-room dining with really great food. I ordered an incredible Turkey Club Sandwich one evening. Plus
