If it wasn’t for Mary’s patience and guidance, I probably would still be renting. Mary didn’t give up on me and spent over two years helping me and waiting for me to work out a number of roadblocks so I could purchase a house. Mary is fabulous. Sharp, intelligent, knowledgable, connected. We queried her from across the country two years before our planned move to California. She sent us weekly listings specifically targeted to what we were looking for for over a year. We were new to the area and Mary was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction while we figured out which neighborhoods were right for us. Once we found areas we liked the PHA website was great for sorting out houses that matched our requirements.
