This is a great place to live. The unit here is very spacious, and the only utility to pay is electricity. The building is nicely managed, although there are only 3 people running this big building, Cristina, Nats and Don, things are so well managed and organized. They are really great people too. Cristina emphasizes of treating the residents here like family members and the residents do feel so. The whole building is always very clean, even the trash collection area is odor free. Packages are well sorted. Maintenance and repairs are really efficient. There is also a nice gym in the building. Downstairs

We've lived at Munroe place since 2016 and recently had to move due to job relocation. The building is great and leasing office does a great job of following up on any issues. Generally takes less than 24hrs for maintenance to fix anything if there's an issue with the apartment. The higher floors offer a great view of the surrounding area. Space and pricing are much better than the other apartment complexes you find around the same area. Also, Cristina V., the property manager, is awesome and has been very helpful, especially through our transition out phase. You normally wouldn't expect leasing

Folks please note. Current leasing trend is 10 months with cheaper price in most of the communities. We might get attracted to the price now and after 10 months from now is perfect summer. You will end up getting higher price for renewal and you will see higher price in other communities also. $20 or 30 or 50 bucks less price is to get you to 10 months lease so that after 10 months u ll be out of winter season renewal and u are pushed to summer renewal window when the prices go peak. Think for long term and decide. General suggestion from a common man.

We lived at the Munroe Residences for 3 years and by our experience it’s the best place in all of greater Boston to live.
Firstly, the apartments are larger than comparable properties in the area. We had a 2 bed 2 bath apartment that was superbly maintained by the property managers. They replaced the kitchen appliances for us with the first signs of distress and the maintenance was very prompt and eager to help.
Secondly, the apartment is right next to the Quincy Center T station making everyday commute to anywhere a breeze even when the weather is bad. The newly constructed City Hall and park

We lived at Munroe place for 5 years and cannot praise this place enough. We had to relocate from Boston/Quincy and therefore left this place. We looked for places in malden/medford/brookline and Boston before deciding to stay here. The residences are fairly new constructions with modern appliances and in house washer/dryer with underground garaged parking. Starbucks, T-Mobile, Indian restaurant and groceries and even a dental clinic is right below the apartments. Across the street from the residences there is Harvard Vanguard medical, Dunkin Donuts, USPS and Quincy library. The best part of this
