My wife and I currently live at the Amelia and we absolutely love it here. Everytime we need something they are quick in responding and helping us. The maintenance team always has fixed any issues we had quickly and were very nice. Highly recommend living here because they have a great team taking care of the apartments.

I moved to the Amelia in A year ago. so far our experience was fair to good!
On July this year the management changed to company called Watertown . At that time my laundry machine was producing loud noises and I asked them to come check it out! It took them few days to a week to come over to check and then they decided to get us a new washer and dryer.
they Installed the unit and left without testing it.
I came from work and the unit was not working at all. I called few times so they can come and check it. they came and get it to work ( this happened after few calls and in person requests)

It’s been a decent place to live. The gym is rarely ever used which is nice for us, we pretty much have the whole thing to ourselves most mornings. The whole place smells a little strange. However, the janitors are always working hard to keep it clean. The location is pretty good. Free parking can sometimes be an issue though, especially if you work from home. Street parking is limited to 2 hours, so you either have to buy a garage pass which is a little expensive or move your car to a new street every couple hours.

My boyfriend and I recently moved out of the Amelia for what we thought was a great year. Prior to the building management change the leasing office was miserable, so unpleasant and not helpful what so ever. With the management change they seem to have a better attitude and know what they are doing a little more. I do have to say the apartments need a huge renovation since the rugs are dirty and the kitchen needs updating ! The moving elevator is so small it took us 30 trips up and down while it took us literally 5 to move everything out of the truck when we got to our home. Lastly, the rent is
