My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of working with Steve Marino and he made the whole process super easy, especially in the current market. He was able to find us a place that allowed dogs very quickly and handled all of the paperwork promptly. We would definitely recommend Steve to anyone currently looking in the Boston area.

Steven helped my wife and I secure a great place while we were both out of the country. He gave a great virtual tour and got all the documentation together remotely, keeping things moving along without any pressure or confusion. What can I say about Boston Premier Properties other than that they were a bright spot in my apartment hunting journey. My boyfriend and I were looking for our very first apartment together which, in and of itself, is a difficult and confusing process. But, add in the fact that we were moving to Massachusetts (no offense to the residents, but this state does things differently than everywhere else), and the whole process just got downright complicated. We talked to a dozen different agents and saw a dozen different apartments. Some were great others were meh, but there was one agent that stood

Bad neighbor to properties surrounding Ashland Street Condo Assoc, Watertown MA. There is a tree of theirs damaging surrounding homes, yards, gardens & fences.
(Not) premiere properties forced an 80 year old woman to pay for her yard cleaning of the tree's amazing mess and is refusing to pay to replace fence & patio ruined by this tree.
Also told me they'd sue if I threw back huge branches that keep falling here.

I worked with Steve and he found me an apartment within an hour! He made the process painless and was responsive thought out the weekend. I met Steve on 3/26 and had keys in hand by 3/30. You read that right 4 days! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Was looking for an apartment for a few months kept on just missing out in some good spots. Steve and the team at Boston Premier were by far the most responsive and made the process incredibly easy.

Finally, who found the apartment that I was looking for was Jared ragusa, an amazing agent who showed me the apartment where I am living now. He also, helped me with the process to get this comfortable and nice place. Very nice person! :)

I just signed a lease on a new apartment listed by Jared and couldn't be happier! This was a stressful time, as I needed to move quickly, Jared made the transaction so easy and hassle-free. Jared was AMAZING! Got my boyfriend and I into a fantastic apartment in a day! Was super responsive to messages (not like other realtors), super personable, and really patient! I feel as though he genuinely had… our best interests at heart and wanted to show us all of the options that could be right for us! 4 apartments later lol we found “The One” and couldn’t be happier to start our new life together there! Huge thank you to Jared and his new protege Leah for making our apartment search fun and easy! Highly recommend using them if you need a good space and a knowledgeable

I moved out from Arizona and was very stressed finding a place. Everyone I had contacted was rude and had no agenda to help. Once we told Phil our situation, he was completely willing and excited to help us. Phil helped us out so much, made everything very easy! I came to Boston with one of girlfriends to look for an apartment. We met with Phil, he was so nice and welcoming. He showed us around the area and took us to a bunch of apartments and we found one that we completely loved. He really made relocating super easy, fun and fast! We signed a lease that day! He made sure that on the move in day the apartment was cleaned by professional cleaners and came to the apartment to bring the key. I really just adore him and I would recommend everyone to go see him!

My boyfriend and I just moved back to the Boston area and we were lucky to find Phil through a property on Craigslist. Phil showed us a perfect apartment with a wonderful landlord and he was professional and prompt throughout the whole process. He was friendly and personable and made us feel like we were in good hands. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews for this company so all I can say is to ask for Phil!

I found a great place on craigslist and these people were the brokers. I saw the place once and was very interested in the place. I have been emailing to no avail for weeks the "Realtor". She reposted the add a day ago and has yet to reply to me. I dont expect to hear back. I had a good experience with Mark however when seeing another property. He was helpful. But the woman.... she couldve at least responded and said whether the place was available or not. If I do somehow get this place, her fee needs to be reduced, or voided all together. she is not doing her job professionally at all

I'm very glad I didn't check Yelp before I decided to go to Boston Premier Properties because we might have missed out on getting our great apartment. Phil (who I think is the owner) was great to work with and I'm surprised at the negative reviews. He showed us a lot of places in our targeted price range and really listened to what our needs were. One thing that Phil did that we really appreciated was that when we went to look at a place we were the only people viewing the place and he took a lot of time to show us places and we never felt rushed. In the end we've ended

Boston premier realty? More like Boston premier @ssholes! Whatever you do stay away from this dump. Brad our "realtor" if I can assign him that title, talked to me for a grand total of 27 seconds and was so indifferent to my business that he never even bothered to get my number. We showed up at 12, he didn't. We called, he didn't pick up. I can't write this review without the contraction "didn't" because lazy assed brad didn't do his job! STAY AWAY!

Scheduled a viewing of a place that was nearly an hour away and no agent showed up after I was told others had scheduled a viewing of this location for the same time. When I called to get an explanation, no one knew who was supposed to be showing this apartment and I was told that someone would be able to come out in 5 hours!
