The Habitat is a beautiful, pet-friendly Boulder apartment complex that consists of nine residential buildings that have been thoughtfully situated around four beautiful courtyards. Each courtyard on our property has been designed with an emphasis on our love for the great outdoors, something that is a true signature of the modern Boulder lifestyle.
Pet policy: $250 non-refundable pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent per pet, 3 pet maximum - All pets must be pre-approved, weight and breed restrictions apply. I moved into my unit at The Habitat just over a week ago, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my new living situation. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful—it is clean, spacious, and more than I could have asked for in a working- and- living-from-home space. The community itself offers wonderful amenities that are maintained pristinely. Jamie in particular has made the move-in process absolutely seamless. She is attentive, responsive, caring, and professional. It is evident that a lot of care is put into maintaining this apartment complex. And my neighbors have been so warm and welcoming

We can't say enough good things about Habitat! We lived here for about five years and we were so sad to leave. Cori, Jamie, and the whole maintenance crew are awesome and extremely prompt! The grounds are well-kept and the common areas are enjoyed by many. We've moved around quite a bit and Habitat is our favorite place we've lived so far. All of the units are spacious and affordable. So many dog-friendly places nearby and a brewery on nearly every block. The staff often hosts various food trucks to the complex as well for tenant appreciation! Best place to live in Boulder!

I have lived at the Habitat for the past 11 months. The apartments are pretty nice. The community is fantastic. It's very well kept and the amenities are very nice. The best thing though is the customer service! Jamie and Cori are awesome and respond in seconds to emails or calls. They really go above and beyond like nowhere I have ever lived before. The maintenance people are also incredibly quick to address any concerns and do a great job.
It's not cheap but you really get what you pay for at the Habitat.

We've lived here for almost five months and while that's a pretty short time, we've loved living at Habitat! From the moment we moved in we were impressed with the state of the apartment (no issues at all and everything was up and running by the time we stepped through the door) and how quick and easy the move-in process was! The apartments themselves are nice, spacious, and a great value for the price! This is also one of the only apartments I've heard of that allow up to three pets. The grounds are well-kept and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. Lastly, the staff is fantastic and super helpful

I’ve lived at Habitat for almost 7 years...and there are many reasons why I haven’t left!! This is great place to live. Amenities are wonderful - I love the fire pits and my husband has a garden plot each year. The staff are kind and responsive. Renewal and rent paying systems are a breeze to use. And, most importantly, I love my apartment. My one bedroom with a den is larger than most other comparable units in the area. It is the perfect size for my little family. We also love how close we are to breweries, restaurants, and the grocery store. I strongly recommend checking Habitat out.

My fiancé and I moved in here in July, and we've had an amazing experience so far! The apartments are very large for the price, and we love the location - especially being right across the street from Avery Brewing! There is always plenty of parking available, and the complex is dog friendly. Jamie in the office is so responsive and helpful, and the maintenance team is quick to respond when needed (which hasn't been often or anything major). We've had some bad apartment experiences in the Boulder area, and we're so happy to have found Habitat Apartments. We'd highly recommend for anyone looking

I lived at habitat for 5 yrs and if there is one thing Cory and the staff at habitat has taught me, it's that people are commodes.
I had my truck broken into 3 times, wherein I lost close to $30k in tools, and stolen once, which resulted in close to $10k to rebuild. I asked for a resolution after the first time and their response was that of indifference right up until my truck was stolen and they responded with and eviction, DURING THE COVID 19 Pandemic lockdown. Which caused me months of anxiety because of having to find a new place to live during the pandemic when they flexed some power

I have been to many many apartment communities looking for the right home for myself and my family. The process can be so exhausting and most people treat you like another ‘sale’. From the moment I stepped into this community, Jamie made me feel right at home. She made me feel important and not like another sale. She was so knowledgeable! The apartments are so comfortable and you can tell that the folks that work there take good care of the place. I ended up purchasing a house but after my experience with Jamie, I felt compelled to write a review! Everyone who is looking for a home should go

Best experience renting an apartment I've had. Jamie and Corey were SO SO helpful and extremely proactive during the initial process and beyond; always responding to emails and phone calls promptly.
The space is beautiful and large in our 2 bedroom apartment. Our patio is huge and we LOVE it. Everything is clean and works great. Across the road is the Twin Lakes off leash dog park, which has become a daily routine for us. The small shopping center 2 minutes down the road is so convenient and has everything you need- king soopers, anytime fitness, sushi, gas station, etc. Its a quiet area

I lived here for 4.5 years in both an apartment and a townhouse. I only moved because I relocated out-of-state. Pluses:
1). The layouts of both the apartments and townhouses make the most of the space
2) maintenance requests are addressed quickly
3) the new landscaping is nice
4) there is always parking in the lots
5) Cory, the property manager is great and helpful
6) the apartments have big windows and are bright
7) convenient to the 205 bus
8) 95% of the time I had great neighbors
9) with the exception of one neighborhood who tried to have band practice in his apartment, all of my neighbors

I had a really good experience when I lived here! My apartment was huge and newly renovated with lots of parking. It was quiet too, especially for having a baby across the hall. The leasing office and staff were professional and I didn't really have to interact with them much after I moved in, which is usually a good thing. There is also a nice park close by. The pool was a little small and always full of little kids but I never really used it anyway. All in all it was a great spot!

My husband and I lived here for a year in a 2/1 townhouse. I never was in any of the apartments, but I assume the structure and features and pretty much the same. We liked living here, but it wasn't the best place I've ever lived.
Pros: It's an easy drive down into Boulder or up to Longmont. It also was easy for me to get to Lafayette which was important since I had to drive there frequently for doctor appointments. The townhouse itself was a good size with very large bedrooms. The little yard was also a nice feature since we have a dog and I like to garden. The neighborhood

Let me start by saying this review is about my website experience with habitatapts.com and then my followup visit to the leasing office. I do not currently live here and will not be leasing here.
I stopped by yesterday and their leasing office was closed early because of a meeting. There was a sign that said to take a brochure, but it was empty.
I went online last night and looked at specific availability and pricing for the apartments/townhouses I was interested in. The homepage only showspics of remodeled apartments, great wood floors, paint, and new appliances. I checked for availability
