Lived in the Blue Sky Lofts for about 4 years. The only inconvenience was that the power kept going out in my apt because I was drawing too much current. I was just running my AC and computer at the same time to make the fuse box trip (There is no AC so in the summer this was a must, especially on the top floor). A serviceman came in to see what was wrong and found that every outlet in the apt except for the one in the kitchen ran through a single fuse so whoever originally wired the building really didn't know what they were doing (It is an older building, just renovated). This was easily fixed

I lived here for less than eight months. Let me tell you it’s the best apartment of the ones I’ve lived before. The management staffs are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Rachel. They made living here an amazing experience. I would say the studio unit is a little small and old, but it’s enough space for one person. But the management killed it! I recommend BSL to everyone who wants to avoid management bs!

You get what you pay for. The rent is reasonable for Boulder but the walls and ceilings are paper thin. I can hear the person who lives above me yawn.
The hot water was out 3 times last month, and I am currently listening to someone hammer away in a different hallway. If you want cheap, you'll get it here.

The Blue Sky/ Timber Ridge staff are nice and reliable. They have always done exactly what their jobs are: they answered our questions and took our rent checks.
The apartment itself is small and lacks much storage space, but it is pretty much exactly as advertised: small, no air con, nice stainless steel kitchen, large balcony (on the 3rd floor). We never had any problems with neighbours; they were all nice and relatively quiet.
We were satisfied with our experience.

The Blue Sky Loft was an interesting Airbnb experience for us. Smelled a lot like cleaning supplies and the quarters were somewhat tight, maintenance people in and out during the day. However, the skylight was cool and the place was snug and comfortable.

I've lived here one year in one of the studio apartments, and it's been great. The few minor maintenance issues I've had have been dealt with promptly. The people at the office are also professional and helpful. Sometimes the water temp in the shower varies slightly while using, but honestly, if that's the biggest problem in your apartment, that's not bad. Also, despite this being a mostly student-y complex (I'm not a student, so was a bit worried about that), the noise levels are surprisingly quiet. All in all, I'd recommend this complex to anyone needing a basic, drama-free, relatively affordable

Cute little apartment complex full of CU students. Office, laundry and such are next door in the adjacent complex under same management. Apartments are small but nice. No air conditioning. Several minor maintenance issues that have yet to be fixed.

Absolutely awful. Way overpriced for the tiny space you receive and for lacking air conditioning along with other common household appliances. I parked in the lot to drop something off and was there not more than 15 minutes and got my car booted, had to pay $120 even though there are no actual signs in the parking lot itself that indicate I can't park there like a normal apartment complex would. I called to complain about the lack of signage where they pointed out one tiny sign near the entrance that could easily he mistaken for a different area in front of the sidewalk.
