Be aware of this place. Half of tour deposit will be taken for normal year and wear. We left it spotless and they still charge for cleaning Services, carpet cleaning, bulb replacement $50...
They dont even walk with you when you deliver your keys..
They also charge for ground maintenance and grounds are filled with trash.
Last year predictor was living in one of the building chasing girls with a knife and they refuse to do anything about it.
Not safe. Not cool. Stay away!

Overall the apartments are average for Boulder, but they have poor ventilation and feel like motel rooms. The maintenance and management are what really brings this place down. Our dryer never worked for all 12 months of our lease and when our fridge broke, it took them over two weeks and many phone calls and visits for them to even see the problem. When they finally did see that our fridge was not cold and that water was leaking from it onto the floor, they said tough luck and that we would have to wait until an maintenance person was available in a week. Also, one room did not have a window,

The service when I called to inquire about these apartments was fabulous. After renting in Boulder for the past 3 years, we have come to realize that the management company for the facility as well as the leasing company is very important. When I called into The Lodge, I was greeted by James who went over and beyond helping me. As a parent, helping her college student, it's nice to have someone in our court and someone we know will be in our child's court while living there. Thanks you!

My son has not moved into the lodge but I did want to post that James Deluca, The individual that manages the lodge on behalf of four-star, was amazing. He really helped us when we had questions about both the complex and the lease and work through any issues that we had upon signing. We will be back to post once my son has actually lived there but James was great!

The management here is faulty and slow. They don't keep their word on things they say they'd do. For example, I had lived with two roommates and one recently moved out. As a result management said they'd drop the base rent by $200 as it was added for three people living together. This never happened to the detriment of two college students on a pretty low budget that can barely keep up. I would love a refund from this past month on the extra that was paid but I doubt that would be done. I would've liked to ignore all the horror stories about this place and FourStar Realty but I'm starting to see

James could not have been more responsive or more helpful. My daughter was really excited to move into her apartment, but ended up transferring to a school out of state. He could've not cared or helped us, but he did care and he worked with us to find a tenant to fill the apartment and transfer the lease to. This was a huge concern for us, but all went quickly and efficiently, he was very responsive and accessible. Made everything super easy! We cannot thank you enough, James!

The Lodge is in a great location if you’re a CU Boulder student, It took only ten minutes from my apartment to walk to my first class on campus. They’ve recently updated the pool area as well as the office. The apartment I was in #349 had recently been updated and has a washer and dryer in my unit, which was nice not having to use a community area to do laundry. Emily who works in the office was always a pleasure to work with when ever I had need for assistants and easily reachable by email. Still waiting to hear back about my security deposit but will update my review once I’ve received
