Great property, terrible management company. Originally when we moved it it was managed by Heartwood properties. In 2017, the Hub, which specializes mainly in college student housing and manages hundreds of properties took over. Our fears of being managed by the Evil Empire came true. Not only was maintenance and service not as good.
