Friendly office staff, amazing amenities and beautiful property! Close to Boulder and not far from Denver, these apartments are the perfect location. Maintenance can be seen daily on the property, the office staff is friendly and communicates well. Very well managed and the property is well maintained.

I have never seen such poor quality of service. Nobody lifts the call or replies to the emails. They dont really care if you take the apartment or not. You deserve a better apartment complex where management really caters to your deeds. You are investing so much money into their property but they are least interested in answering your queries. I have never seen such worst service before. Please look for a good community and residence because you deserve to be heard and acknowledged unlike them.

I've been living at Clovis Point Apartments for 3 months and love the amenities and the vibe of the complex. Walking distance to coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants is great. Easy access to two free local bus lines and the BOLT to Boulder is a plus. Lola in the front office is a total gem. Really enjoy living here.

I don't generally leave reviews, but I felt Clovis deserved one. Since day 1 in the leasing office, the team has been incredible! They have been professional every step of the way and the communication was awesome. Super happy that I came across this complex, highly recommend!
