I really love living here aside from some safety and security concerns. We had one of our cars broken into/absolutely shattered in the parking lot. Multiple packages have been stolen from our front door. When inquiring about the packages, I never heard back from staff when I emailed them about my initial concern. We were also told they cannot hold packages in the office, so if you have valuable items delivered, you're out of luck. I would really like to see this company place more safety and security measures for their tenants (i.e. more cameras, security, lock boxes for packages, etc.). It is

I moved here from across the country in the middle of the pandemic...so it's safe to say I was a little worried with my selection, especially since there aren't many Google reviews. But three of the most important things during my search were: Customer service, price, and safety. So far, Sandstone Vistas has definitely met my expectations in those areas. The office and maintenance staff have been great. The price for a 2/2 is fantastic compared to others just down the road. And I feel safe so far, although I did rent a garage for added vehicle safety. So far, I'm pleased! For having at least 200

For some reason, this apartment complex doesn't allow "caged pets". They do allow dogs and cats, however. Seems like a very arbitrary decision, since dogs and cats would be the ones to cause damage to the home.

Don't think you'll see a dime of your deposit back if you rent here. They'll swindle you for for all of it and then some. One person and a pug managing over $700 in damages in a year of living? over $200 of "cleaning" charges? I seriously thought I'd see some $ back but they have the audacity to try to charge me more.

You can tell that this newly built apartment complex was built very fast and very cheaply. We toured a 2 bedroom and the floor plan was very strange. For some reason there is also a half door midway up the wall for the air conditioner in the dining room of the floor plan we looked at. Just very strange. None of the buildings have any type of view either unless you want to look at the back of a Wal Mart or another building or parking lot.

The manager helped me get my paperwork done she was working at my the apartments I live in right now same company. She is fair and she knows what she is doing. I really enjoyed dealing with her her at Firestone Meadows she is wonderful to work with. You deserve being the manager good luck in your endeavors

I cannot speak higher of office manager Ines or staff Michelle. They are truly awesome! As a new resident at Sandstone I can say these two are very compassionate and care about making this a great community. When I ran into a crisis Michelle was calm, reassuring, and did everything in her power to ensure I was happy with my apartment. Ines similarly worked very quickly to remedy a situation and make sure myself and my husband were happy.
The units themselves are beautiful and are much cheaper than so many other apartments of this caliber. I strongly suggest anyone looking for an apartment to check
