Stayed here for about a year. Pretty average for how old the buildings were and for the area.
Pros:
-Friendly Staff
-Prompt Maintenance
Cons:
-No Nextlight municipal broadband (unfortunate as this is one of the main benefits to living in Longmont)
-Paper thin walls (in regards to sound)
-Old plumbing (a lot of random temperature changes with the water)
