Got bought by a new company about a year ago, and they are really letting the place go. We asked them to clean the pine needles out of the gutters over 3 months ago, and they still have yet to do it. The rock beds are gross and full of weeds, and we have a serious theft and vandal problem from the local crackheads. It is a cute little community though and nice not to have upstairs or downstairs neighbors.

Unsafe community people that live here are thieves ive had several things stolen from my patio and ive had people try to walk in my house like they live there plus the place is made poorly all the cabinets paint and edges started peeling off after 1 month of living there the owners constantly changing because no one wants to own the place after they realize how much money they will lose fixing everything

The apartments themselves are nice and a great price. The leasing and maintenance staff are attentive and professional. The neighbors are all drama. They repeatedly wrote on my car in Clay when I parked in the wrong spot one time, which felt like hazing. I just got back from a three-day vacation to find my patio furniture stolen. The neighbors are passive-aggressive and complain about silly things. Hopefully the community will get better, as for now if I had a choice I would not pick this apartment again.

Parkway Flats met my picky needs, which were: 1. Don't want to live in a shoebox apartment complex with people on top, bottom and left and right; 2. Vaulted ceilings and storage; 3. I want to be able to walk where I go most (grocery, downtown, my bank); 4. Laundry room in unit; 5. Private outdoor space... This place has that and more (lots of storage!). I guess they started remodeling the units in 2015... and yes, they used the cheapest materials (linoleum floors to look like hardwood, cabinet veneers that bubble and is peeling away, a very loose patio policy that I wish they'd tighten up on. Since my other review was flagged for no reason I'll post another one. Tenant beware. Please take the time to search Parkway Flats Longmont on youtube. I had ANOTHER theft from my porch today. The groundskeeper is awesome and super helpful but the private security firm they hired to keep things like this from happening isn't enough. I've called security more than once and even the police when the situation called for it. Side note: Even though they are in the coverage area, they do NOT allow NextLight in these apartments.
