Management has undergone a recent change, so I am updating from 1 to 3 stars.
NEW REVIEW: The apartments here are much better managed as there is a new team now. The ladies are very interested in helping make this apartment complex better, and are genuinely listening to feedback. The garages are highly priced at $90, and as such it is causing an increase in people using parking spaces, which is then congesting the parking, especially on Sundays. The rent also raises every year and is getting really high and is driving people out. Something needs to be done. The ventilation systems have never been

If it was possible to rate this place at Zero Stars i would. Horrible place to live. They don't keep anything cared after. The sprinklers run 24/7, They mess up leases. Play favorites when it comes to there renters. Office staff is extremely rude. i have never had this many issues with an apartment complex. The appliances break every other day and it takes forever to get anything fixed. i waited over 2 weeks at one point to have my dishwasher fixed. Office manager and assistant manager are extremely disrespectful, They both seem like they are not qualified to be in charge of an apartment complex

My wife and I just spent the last year living here. What a great experience. The Neighbors were great. Everyone that works in the office was very helpful and kind. The manager Victoria is on top of it. We really appreciated working with her. All in all a great experience would recommend Ute Creek to everyone.

There is only one review here is years old because almost everyone hates it here and they just flag all reviews but one. Management and owners are without values. Back stabbing, greedy and sinfully ambitious. Maintenance staff turns over every summer. Last group appeared to have an adult man that liked boys. I caught him staring at my child's back side. I was walking behind him and he did not know. The "mans" father worked here too. Hopefully not father like son.The man would walk around spraying round up chemicals all over his own clothes... I only lived here for 4 month while waiting for a house to be built after moving to Colorado. Overall it was an enjoyable stay. They will charge you for cleaning but the office staff informed me and my wife of this prior to moving out. We still got a good chunk of our deposit back. Grounds are well kept and the office staff was pleasant.

This is truly one of the best places to live. The grounds look amazing, the people are all nice and the staff really do a lot for the tenants. This morning I got a breakfast given to me on my way out. It really made my day and they didn't have to that. There are always events going on and the online system for payments, package tracking and contact with our community is a wonderful thing and really makes this place feel like home. Thank you Ute Creek Staff!
