When I moved in I felt the management and staff were the best I could remember. I was military, so I've moved more than most. The place is so peaceful and community like that I actually know my neighbors. Then we lost the manager to another career. And what do you know we get someone new just as good, maybe better. People down the hall have raised several children in the 12 plus years here. That is an unheard of length of stay. I'm going on 4 and have not had a single issue. Great place. Thanks

I moved away a few years ago after having to put my dog down. Moved back in anticipation of finally getting another one. New management is wonderful. Cody is taking a proactive approach and he is great to work with!

Great location, close to almost everything. Danny the maintenance guy always responds to issues quickly and has permanent solutions. The management always is effective with communication, regarding anything going on around the property. Almost 2 years here and we love it!

I have lived at Grand Ridge Apartments for a year now and I have absolutely loved it! Ke Bennett is simply the best! She is polite, caring, considerate, and knowledgeable. Maintenance is amazing and always takes care of any issues promptly. The grounds and buildings are well maintained. I wish I didn't have to move but I simply can't afford it anymore. I will sincerely miss it there!! Thank you Ke for everything!!
