What's your style? In 2018 we decided to use our experience and expertise in the full-service restaurant industry to create our upbeat and exciting quick-service restaurant concept: Guac Shop! The story began in Garden City, New York but we are proud to have since opened other locations throughout Long Island.
All of the Mexican food favorites listed below are made fresh to order and come free with all listed toppings unless otherwise noted. With a large range of proteins, veggies, carbs, and salsas, you can build your burrito, taco, bowl, or quesadilla to your heart's desire! Food is OK but service is terrible. We ordered online for pickup. When I went to pick up, people who were preparing the food looked unhappy and unfriendly. When I asked the Mexican guy who prepared my food if everything was inside the bag, he said Yes. When I got home, the chips were missing. I called store for refund, no one answered the call. I left message, still, no one returned my call. I wasn't refunded for the missing chips. Make sure you check your order before you leave the store because you won't get refund back for Amy missing items. Such a terrible place to order food from.. I don't

Food is great. However I am always disappointed with the online ordering. There is never enough staff and the pick up time is never accurate. I am a teacher and only have 45 minutes to eat lunch. I have spent several occasions waiting over 15 minutes for food that was already supposed to be made. It is inconvenient and no one ever apologizes . I love the food but pick up time is very unreliable

Guac Shop is an example of a place that is reliable and where you can always get a good dining experience. The portions are good, food is delicious, and staff is really nice. I definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for delicious, enjoyable and worthwhile food. If you're unsure please try it!

Food was great. Shrimp quesadilla was on point as well as the guac! One complaint, I know they were busy with takeout, but they just need to be on top on wiping down the tables inside and maybe just kindly ask customers to wait outside for their orders. Way to many people inside their small space at one time. Definitely planning to go back but will opt for takeout next time.

Terrible experience: 1. The address for Seaford location on website is wrong; took me about a mile away. Correct your website. 2. Tried to call, they don't answer the phone (and apparently don't return… messages). 3. Never responded to my Facebook message. 4. When I finally found it, signage is terrible. 5. Didn't realize it's online order ONLY. Should specify that. 6. Online order tracking does not send a text message when food is ready. My family and I had a wonderful experience at guac shop! The food is fresh, the place is clean, the owner personally came up to us and thanked us for our business. It reminded me of how restaurants used to be… ran where the customer came first. You have to try their Keto bowl! So delicious!! I highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to going there again!

Don't let the long line scare you away- it's there because the food is really good. It also goes much quicker than you expect. The service is organized and expeditious. Management is hands on and made sure to ask me how I was enjoying my lunch and if he could do anything to make it better. I came here with my 3 toddlers (who aren't always easy to please). They liked their quesadilla and fit nicely into the booth, which was nice as it's a small place. For my lunch, I got a rice bowl with chicken, beans, corn, and the spicy sauce, which wasn't too hot but gave it a little kick. Fresh and tasty. Overall
