The global pandemic has brought about many changes including the way we are able to provide therapy. Although this is a trying time for many, one positive change the pandemic provided was the expansion of Telehealth or Teletherapy coverage. This allows for many more clients to access treatment. All of the providers at One80 Counseling are trained and adept in providing Telehealth to our clients.
Join our intern Wendie Lubinsky for a talk just for teens. We'll discuss what it feels like to have experienced a pandemic, worries, fears, what friendship is post pandemic, thoughts about re-entering school, and many more topics unrelated to the pandemic. This is a group for teens to express themselves and learn supportive behaviors for their peers.
One-Eighty Counseling and its huge team of therapists have five Triangle locations (Cary/Apex, Cary/Morrisville, Garner, Holly Springs and Raleigh) to serve you! I've had no trouble with the administrative office in Garner. I've actually had great experience with all aspects of this team. Michael is the best counselor I've had, and I've had several over the years. They have truly made a life changing difference for me and my family. I recommend this office to anyone who asks.

I have been coming here to see Jenny for almost 2 years, maybe it is over 2. She is very professional, warm and caring and has helped me tremendously. I would recommend her and this practice to anyone.

These 5 star reviews are fake. They remove all negative ones related to conseling itself, keeping only scheduling problems reviews.
They are incapable to provide quality therapy or any therapy as their counselors mostly received online education from bogus educational facilities. Have to be cheap for the owner, but she charges standard costs. Unhelpful is the least I can say. I saw 2 different ones. It's a joke. Incompetent is the correct word for it. And it is very hard to be incompetent in psychology the way that one can loose their licence. It seems like some think: "opps...I am bad at math

My wife called to get info from this practice. Although they returned her call very promptly, they were incredibly unhelpful to her and told her they didn't have a therapist that matched what she was looking for, although on their website my wife could clearly see that they did. My wife feels as though she was discriminated against because she wanted therapy without a religious base, and said so. That is when the woman returning her call became unhelpful. Very disappointing considering the positive reviews. We were hopeful about this office. I wonder if some of the individual providers here know

My children go here and see Victoria Butler. She is awesome. She takes time with the children to help them feel comfortable with her before she dives into counseling. While talking to them and helping them feel comfortable, she asks questions, they play games, and she lets them discuss anything they want to talk about. She does a lot of active listening to understand what problems may be underlying that the child doesn't come out and say, but says through other things they are doing. The front office staff is always willing to help, and they are always very nice. I highly recommend this practice

I have been a patient here for almost 2 years and worked with 2 counselors. All employees that I have interacted with were really polite, maintained patient privacy, and are always nice. I highly recommend this practice, and love working with Allison!

I am highly impressed by 180 counseling! I have never met more professional, experienced, or caring therapists. If you find yourself in need of their services, this is definitely the place to go.

Nothing good to say, so far I am waiting for them to return a phone call. I think 2 months is plenty of time to accomplish this simple task. If you need counseling, look somewhere else.

I have had experience with 3 of the counselors at 180 counseling in the Smithfield and Garner offices. They are great. My daughter was counseled by one of the ladies and they had a great way of integrating the counseling skills into "games". My daughter thought she was going to visit a friend instead of going to get counseling. I have seen 2 different counselors there over the years and they are both GREAT!!! They have a great personality and a passion for helping others make their lives better. I would recommend them to anyone. There are multiple counselors here so if you don't get along well
