Services
Online DBT Introductory Class - This is a condensed version of traditional DBT; for those looking for a convenient option and a solid introduction to DBT. We will still use Marsha Linehan's Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Skills Training Manual and Handouts but not all will be covered in class. Like traditional DBT, participants are required to have an individual therapist.
Emotional wellbeing is fundamental to achieving your personal best. We are here to help you get there. At MMB, we will work with you to create a personalized approach to meet your unique goals. Using a holistic approach, we take into account all aspects of wellness; including physical, financial, sexual and relational health.

I am a psychiatrist, and I have referred patients who would benefit from DBT to her for years. I have found that at times her practice is full, and she starts recruiting for another therapist to join. It's a great location!!

I have known Kristen Trolenberg for almost 20 years. We were coworkers at Wake County Mental Health and ran DBT classes there, as well as, in the community. Kristen is an excellent clinician whose knowledge and empathy combine to assure her clients positive outcomes. I would recommend Mindful Mind and Body to anyone looking to improve their current situation.

As a practicing psychiatrist, Kristen has been my 'go to' therapist for DBT in the Raleigh area for many years. My patients consistently report that she is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to refer to her and her group!

They boast on being trained in DBT which as per Marsha Linehan - who actually founded this type therapy claims it's only for high-risk people, will only accept people who don't have intense issues. Rather they treat minor issues like people who have relationship problems (like who doesn't)...such a scam!
It's like a manufacturer of insulin won't sell it to those who have diabetes...only those who are pre-diabetic.
Shame on them!

I have been seeing Kristen on and off for years. Her small business is based in an informal, casual, home feeling environment. I love that. If you looking for that sort of environment, she is great. The best part of her coaching and guidance is that she helps me toward being more mindful in my everyday life. This has had tremendous impact on me. I am so thankful for her. If you are looking for a authentically caring and open mindful life, she is a great fit to help guide you.

I’ve worked with Kristen for over a decade and love everything about her practice and the MindfulMind website. Scheduling appointments is easy and the time-slots are convenient and available. The appointments themselves are very helpful and I feel like I’m always treated with care and compassion. There are ample resources for guidance in between sessions on the website, in mailings, or through mobile coaching. 10 out of 10 would recommend the practice!
