R.A.N.S. Property Management has developed a management system designed for efficiency and positive results. Our most important responsibility is to manage your investment property in a professional style that will allow income and cash flow to be maximized. We feel that client/tenant communications is of utmost importance.
CLEANLINESS: You are expected to keep your premises in habitable conditions (messy dwellings attract ants and roaches). You are also expected to help to keep the common areas clean (sweep your porch; pick up loose trash, etc.). Smokers must put cigarette butts in can, NOT on ground.
PARKING: Parking is usually limited in neighborhoods, two cars are normally allowed (one car at apartments), if you require more parking; please consult your manager for approval.Guests may park in appropriate parking spaces if available, but please remember tenants always have first priority. Their nice to your face but dishonest when it comes to cleaning fees, repairs, etc. We moved into a crackhouse and they charged us as if we did the damages when we moved out. The neighbors told us the place was destroyed by drug addicts before us when we asked why it was so patched together. 2709 Garson ln 97477.

Pictures looked 5 years old of the rental i went to view, it had the most disgusting odor to the place that smelled like someone died there and was left for months, the guy said it had been cleaned the day before, but obviously they dont take care of their properties. one door was barely hanging on and had been broken in the center, looked like a scene out of the shining.
