We moved into a rental Aug 12th, 2021 with many vital functions of the rental not working (fridge). The dishwasher is falling apart and an actual danger to for our little children. It’s almost a week later and we still don’t have a working fridge. The management will not get back to us. One repair person from their company said he won’t even fix on thing that was broken prior to us getting here. They’ve shown no interest in making this right. DO NOT find a rental with them. Go with another rental company!!

Packed up the family and moved to Boise. Rented a house from them and received great service. When it came to leave on short notice (got a dream job out of state), I had to break the lease. Instead of a lecture, I got a congratulations email. They worked with me to get the home rented out again and was positive and kind the whole time. Tressa was amazing and friendly. I had one service request when I was there, and it was fixed the next day. 100% Excellent Customer Service.

I recently moved out of a property that I rented from ProCore in Nampa. The move out process was simple and easy. While living there I used their rental app to pay rent and put in maintenance requests and never had any issue. Repairs were doing in a timely manner and never had to be redone. During an annual inspection in my 1st year with them I met Richard(owner) who was very polite and professional. After he left he paid out of his own pocket to send a cleaning company to help me touch up the place to 'Good as New" because I was struggling with my disability. During the move out they respected

From an owner POV, this is a great company to deal with. We chose ProCore because of the positive reviews. I wanted to make sure someone was representing us well and also going to be there for the tenant when they have a need. I have communicated with Carrie many times and she is always quick to get back to me when I have a question or something comes up. She is responsive at communicating with both myself and the tenant. The absolute worst. Terrible family run management company. Very unprofessional. Took weeks or months for them to respond to maintenance issues in the house. We had a leaky faucet in the kitchen that took them over a month to fix after multiple emails and phone calls. Do not expect to get your security deposit back. They tried to keep my whole deposit after leaving the property in better condition than how we received it. Only after threat of lawsuit did I receive about half of my security deposit. Stay far away from this company. Most positive reviews for this company are fake. Look at past reviews

I have been with ProCore Property Solutions for almost three years now at two different properties and they have been nothing but wonderful! Tressa is so warm and easy to deal with and Richard is always available at any hour to help/assist for emergency maintenance needs. We have rented from ProCore Property for 3 years. They are very friendly to work with. We have had some issues with maintenance like the water heater, garage door, and heat not working. I have the office phone number as well as Richard and Tressa's personal cell phone numbers. I usually have no problem contacting them. I file a ticket on their website for maintenance, and then I follow up with a phone call if urgent. Whenever we have had a problem they have addressed them in a timely manner and had professionals come and take care of the repairs. We love the property we are renting, and we try
